Awful company . Changed jobs and they would not accept the new work contract ! Tried to change payment date they would not then I tried to up payments they would not. Missed a couple of payments and nothing from them until a guy tried repossessing it . Not shown high court paper work or received anything from the loan company !! TOTAL LOAN SHARKS AND AVOID AT SLL COSTS

Terrible service website crashes.

Payment dates unwilling to be changed happy to sign you up but the after care is shockingly bad. They seem to be like vultures waiting for you to slip up to take your car and gain maximum profit from there already extortionate 300%APR loans.

Stay away but if you do have to use them use extreme caution

The sales team are lovely, provide excellent customer service but they are selling you the product.

The team you deal with once the loan has been approved are HORRIBLE, they are working overtime to make sure they can collect your car. If there is a bereavement or loss of job there are no solutions, THEY WANT THEIR MONEY NOW! You have to prioritise this over, food rent etc if you would like to keep your car.

Please find another way to get the money!

Before you sign a contract with these guys bare in mind there will take your car if you miss two payments, even that last payment.

Firstly when I took out the loan I was told that the funds would be in my account on the within an hour of all the checks been done, even it being on Saturday. I did not have 10p in my account for the to verify the bank, the advisor to me to borrow the money and assured me I will get the money on the same day. As I was in urgent need I didn't however did not receive the funds till the Tuesday due to back holiday weekend.

So all in all I paid back over 2500 from a loan of 800. It came to my last payment to finish the loan. I defaulted on the payment as I lost my job. I then had to leave the country due to family issues. Letters were sent in regards to getting in contact with them and before repo stared. However the company did not pay for postage, I had to wait till I came back to find this out to then pay for the letters. Giving me no notice at all. I emailed the company with no response due to not having credit. The next day my car was taken without any notice or knock on the door leaving all my personal belongings in the car. The collections team do not shied by TCF rules, they tell you one thing and deny when you pull it up. People are people they will change their tone when something they own has unfairly been taken, being told to change by tone, refusing to be passed onto a money and arguing with a customer who has one payment left is not professional.

I owed £230, however was changed and extra 420£ for repo charges. My car is worth £8000???????

This has been paid after being messed about being told I can pay 300£ max on credit, to then being told the company doesn't accept credit cards(Have paid via the avenue before)

I have transferred the money to them now however they are still saying they haven't received the money and it has left my account. All I want is my car back and never hear from you guys again.

Absolutely disgusting company, had vehicle reposessed which i didnt mind but jewellery, passport and personal things were still in car, i believe car was sold for pennies along with my goods, i will pursue via courts now. They have the cheek to contact me requesting the shortfall. Tough i will pay you when you pay me.

Quick easy process. Very helpful team members. Apr rate better than most others. If you need a last ditch loan, go to these guys.
