Good quick cash solution
Having had a few teething problems with overpayments being taken, auto advance managed to rectify their problem at their end. Money was paid instantly in to account and logbook returned quickly once settled. Good company for a short fix cash solution. Customer service could do with training a little better in my opinion.

Excellent, Fast, Friendly and Reliable Company
I have been using Auto Advance for a number of years now and I cannot fault the service I have received. Friendly, open and transparent. All my applications have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently and turnaround is very quick.
The team are fantastic and helpful and a special shout out to Fred who I always seem to end up talking with! Whilst I intend to stop taking out any loans in general eventually, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend Auto Advance.

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever used I applied for a £1100 loan and was shown the paper work to sign. To my understanding I had to pay £1900 back which I thought was reasonable to the type I loan I was getting. Over a year later I rang to see how much was left just to be told i still owed £1400 and the £1900 was just the interest. So I owed over £3000 total at the beginning for the £1100 I found that insane and was so disapointed they are aloud to take such an advantage of people. T

I am sincerely sorry to hear that you’ve had this negative experience. I have been in touch with our underwriting team, and I have looked over the original credit agreement that you signed. We make sure that we are very clear with our customers and misleading anyone is not in our interest. In this case - the document that you signed clearly states £2948.16 as the total repayable. This information is not in any way obscured. As in any case of misunderstanding, we are still really sorry to hear about this, but believe the team did everything realistically possible to clearly communicate about the loan and the amount repayable.
In addition, please be aware that you only have to pay that full amount if you allow the loan to run the full length. Your balance is around £1,600, but your current settlement figure is around £1,100. Please feel free to give the team a call if you would like to discuss further.

I have used these guys for several of years yes the interest is high but for the service it’s worth it. Very friendly and professional. Quick turn around from the moment I applied. The agent that came to me made me feel at ease and explained the process to me. I would highly recommend.

You are right that APR for a logbook loan is higher than something like a bank loan (as a logbook loan is largely a solution for people with poor credit). As well as getting the funds you need, keeping up payments over a good period of time builds up your credit score and eventually makes your chances of qualifying for a supermarket or bank loan higher!
