Hey Martin. Very sorry to hear about this - can I ask what email address you were emailing to? I will follow this up for you now EDIT: Hey again Martin, we've looked in our service, quotes and underwriting inboxes and don't see an email from you, but I've also been advised that we emailed a copy of the logbook to you on October 22nd as part of our normal procedures. Please still get in touch if we can help and understand why we haven't got the emails but I really hope this helps.

Easy to apply application and money in bank within 2 days got exactly what I needed at the time! We have nearly paid our loan off only a couple payments to go but it is very expensive we took out 1000 and paid more than double but that's the price you pay with bad credit! Shame they don't lower interest for customers who have paid off loans or we would of considered them again but the interest is just too high but they got us out of a rut at the time so I rate them highly for that. Thank you!

Good Lender for very bad credit.
This Lender is probably the cheapest of the logbook loan lenders. They are not so interested in your past credit history as what you can afford. If you are a returning customer you get a lower interest rate. It took about a week to complete but then they have been short-staffed and lockdown has got in the way. Very pleased with overall process.

What complaint procedure?
Even from my last review of them everything goes downhill. Amazing at contact and phone calls to get you to sign the loan but everything thereafter is appalling!
Still waiting on a response from Auto Advance complaint team from 16/04/20 with some basic requests!
These reviews usually prompt a response though if not only 15 days until I refer my complaint to the ombudsman.

Hey Aiden.
Very sorry to hear about this, and I hope this has been taken care of since this review through our usual support channels. Due to the covid-19 pandemic a large amount of our staff was placed on furlough, including the marketing team, so Trustpilot reviews have not been monitored. This may also have also contributed to your original requests being missed - if your issues haven't been resolved please email collections again and cc marketing@cceuk.co.uk.
