Hi Daisy,
Thank you for your feedback, its great to hear we're doing a good job!
Feel free to get in touch with us if you have any further questions.
WOW IT WAS THAT EASY
Lets face it, things are never always as they seem, normally there are upfront fees etc and a long winded paper work process, and always some reason why things are delayed. NOT WITH THIS COMPANY, easy process, helpful staff, as long as u have all your docs then your sorted 1 Hour pay out like they said JOB DONE. Yes the interest is higher than we would like, that's because most of us applying have bad credit so we don't have many options. Seriously very chuffed indeed and cant praise them enough, as long as they stick to there payment collection terms, i cant see why this wouldn't be a great solution for anyone

Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
absolute amazing service
an absolute amazing service. Very helpful staff that keep me up to date with the process. From making to first call, sending the information, getting the car viewed, and receiving the funds in to my bank account was about 6 1/2 hours. The interest is a little high but with a bad credit history this is to be expected. I would recommend this company.

Avoid Autoadvance
Applied for a log book loan with Autoadvance. firstly had problems with the link they sent me to upload the documents requested, In the end I had to send all documents via email. The underwriting team took over one and a half days to come back with a decision only to decline my application, during which time I had to contact the via phone and email to get updates.
Was told that I would get a response from the underwriter by the end of the day, which I did not !!.
I only heard back from the underwriters the second day and that was via email.
After being declined tried another logbook loan company the same day and within 7 hours my application was complete signed and cash in my bank..
Avoid Autoadvance come across very unprofessional
