Aus BAC Supply is an independent Australian online retailer of factory-sealed bacteriostatic water, bacteriostatic sodium chloride 0.9% (BAC saline) and sterile water, dispatched from Melbourne to every state and territory. We do one thing and do it carefully. Every vial we sell reaches you exactly as its manufacturer sealed and labelled it. We never decant, repackage or relabel. Our range includes genuine Hospira (Pfizer) manufacturer presentations alongside our own-label Aus BAC Supply bacteriostatic water, plus the practical supplies that go with them: insulin syringes, alcohol prep pads, sharps containers and bundle kits that save you money on a restock. Orders placed before 1 pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same day, with tracking emailed the moment your parcel leaves. Express typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days and Standard within 2 to 6. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200. Every order is packed to protect the vials in transit, and if a parcel is lost or damaged we replace it or refund you in full rather than leaving you to chase the carrier. We are a publicly identified Australian business, not an anonymous storefront. Our ABN, business location, phone number and email are on the website, and our returns policy is written in plain English and backed by the Australian Consumer Law. Real people answer questions about products and orders, usually within two business days. Our website also carries free, plainly written guides on what bacteriostatic water is, how it differs from sterile water and saline, how to store an opened vial and what to check in any supplier, including us. The supplied label and manufacturer product information always take priority over anything we write.Näytä lisää
