PROS:
1. The product are exactly what you are looking for with correct MG strength per vial.
2. Products have always arrived within days of ordering for me and i have never had an issue.
3. Products are labelled correctly and come in their own little box which is perfect for minimizing light and temperature fluctuations when stored in the fridge door area (the boxes let you write done how many doses used in each individual vial if you use roman numerals within the lid).
4. I've triple checked the available COAs before my first purchase and they were legit so i gave this company a chance and they didn't disappoint.
5. Company emails you discount codes or Promo codes randomly which you can stack for good opportunities of getting best bang for $$$.
6. Buy any 3 products and get a 15% discount is great when stacking deals.

CONS:
1. pricing is higher than most other companies as of now since i haven't seen their prices adjusted for many months.
2. 60% of their products are permanently out of stock but they are the least used products across any vendor so not an issue for 90% of customers.
3. i have only seen 1 flash sale ever and it was a good time for stacking deals but it only lasted 24hrs and i had already gotten the products i needed a few days before it.
4. if you want to minimize the higher than normal prices you are forced to stack discounts to bring the prices in line with competitors.

My feedback for the company:
1. Update/adjust product prices to fall in line with competitors and you will see way more sales.
2. the 60% of permanently out of stock items should just be removed from the website until you start selling it again.
3. Keep the buy any 3 products discount but highlight this feature more at the top of the website and also advertise that your emailed direct to customer discount and promo codes and flash sales stack to extra $$$ savings.
4. Email customers a promo code and discount code once a month.
5. Run the flash sale either weekly or fortnightly.

Doing all of this should allow the company to sell stock 4x times faster than usual at the current customer base you have and it should increase your overall customer base in turn because of your pricing falling in line with competition but also put you in a good spot to be able to offer better bang for the customers $$$ with the combination of buy 3 products + codes + flash sales = winning formula!

I have ordered from here a few times and it has arrived very quickly. I have found the product to be genuine.
Any queries have been answered promptly as well. I won’t order from anyone else.
