Second time I’ve ordered from Aurora…

Second time I’ve ordered from Aurora and received excellent service again! Super quick delivery, complete with another very cute little extra gift. And the items ordered were VERY well received, with two cute additions to our daighter’s palm pals collection!

Excellent customer experience

The plushies were well packaged and arrived really quickly. The free gift was a lovely addition and really appreciated. I am a very happy customer and plan on placing another order soon! Thank you Aurora World!

Easy to order

Easy to order, efficient and delivery very quick. Cat was good quality and a bonus of a free small toy which my grandaughter was over the moon with!

First time ordering from this site

First time ordering from this site. Had never heard of it. Was extremely impressed with shipping time. Received items next day and had a little freebie in with my parcel. Am very impressed and will be putting in another order very soon.

Outstanding!!

First of all, I LOVE the plush toys they sell - amazing quality, so soft and super cute! I received a notification of an offer on their site for plush toys that I collect for my daughter, so I purchased a number of them. After placing the order, I decided I wanted to order the remaining ones for our collection, but it wouldn't allow me to use the offer code again. I did the live chat, which was really quick, and after speaking to the advisor and explaining what I wanted to do, they kindly lifted the block on the promo code and waited while I placed my order before switching the code access off again. I thought this was amazing service and I was so grateful for their help. When we received the 2 parcels a few days later, to our surprise and delight, they'd also included a free gift in each of the parcels. Exceptional customer service, quick delivery and amazing products...what more could you ask for?!
