I felt like a really valued customer. Helen was really friendly and very efficient. I received a good hearing test and my aids have made my hearing a lot clearer since the adjustment. Excellent in every way.

For the professionalism of the audiologist and the service provided at my annual hearing check I would give Helen 5 stars. However, for Audika as a company I would give them 0 stars. The merger of Amplifon and Hidden Hearing has left many of the Amplifon customer unable to fully utilise the functions of their hearing aids. Without a functioning app it is impossible to make use of all the features of my hearing aids. Having paid a considerable sum for my hearing aids I am extremely disappointed that I can no longer control my hearing aids. Audika are fully aware of this issue but have no solution to this problem. Nor have they contacted the affected customers to inform them of this problem. The paragraph below is from the Amplifon website and makes it clear the app is an integral part of the hearing aids

It was a lady called Helen that attended to my hearing test appointment. She was polite and professional as well as friendly and thorough with absolutely everything. i was a little nervous and Helen put me at ease from the word go. Her communication skills were excellent as was her delivery and explanation during the whole process. Helen was able to answer all the questions i had and i would highly recommend a visit to Audika in Wilmslow for any hearing issues you may have and specifically to see Helen who did an amazing job!
