Audika - Temple Fortune Arvostelua

I was having difficulties with one of my Hearing Aids which stopped working while I was en route to London from Stansted. Leaving the coach at Golders Green, I went to the Temple Fortune branch where I explained my predicament to the receptionist, Pamela.
Pamela sorted my problem quickly and efficiently, displaying consideration and expertise. Thank you Pamela for saving the day.

My experience with hidden hearing was amazing. My appointment was with Khadisha and she really made me feel at ease and explained everything perfectly. Would highly recommend their services!

Pamela was so capable and caring
and helped us with such efficiency.
What a positive experience. Many thanks.

As usual my latest visit left me with the feeling that I am getting the best help for my hearing. My needs are well understood and well explained by the audiologists and the receptionists are always helpful. There has clearly been much progress with hearing aids over the years, but I never feel pressurised into spending more than I can afford.

Pamela wa superb. We came in as the hearing aid wasn’t working. She spent so much time ensuring we were fully satisfied and we certainly were. An exemplary person for us the customer to have had. Thank you

Excellent friendly and informative service at Temple Fortune branch

Really pleasant & professional outfit.
Hearing test undertaken with no fuss.

Great service from Nasreen and Pamela at the Temple Fortune branch of Hidden Hearing, R Lea

Excellent service and attention to client detail from Pamela the receptionst at Finchley branch. Been having problems with one of my hearing aids and I walked into the branch. Despite having patients in the waiting area she looked at the hearing aid, spotted the point where it touches the ear was blocked and replaced the pins of both aids for me. She is always very helpful!

Great service from Pamela at Finchley branch. Charming and extremely helpful in sorting out blocked hearing aid. Thank you so much Pamela - you are a big asset to the company.

We popped in to the Finchley Central branch and a lovely lady Pamela at the front reception, took total control of giving mums hearing aids a service. She even spent time explaining how to do keep things in tip top condition at home. Highly recommend this branch.

Big thank you to Pamela Cullixte for 5 star service in Finchley, helping to make my life easier re changing filters, batteries, etc. You're a star!

Very helpful and friendly service from Pamela. She was quickly able to resolve my issue, and the hearing aids have continued to function perfectly since. Her service and support were above and beyond and she went the extra mile.

Re my earwax removal yesterday. Many thanks for your efficient treatment, regards

I'd like to make a special mention for Pamela, who works at Hidden Hearing in Finchley.
Her customer care, compassion and knowledge is exemplary. My dad is a customer there and she goes over and above to assist him and we are all hugely grateful. She truly has a heart of gold and we all love her very much!

Efficient, personable, professional service.
I liked the quiet booth which helped concentration.

I never usually write reviews but my experience with Khadisha Walters at the Finchley branch was so phenomenal I just have to leave a review. As soon as I stepped into the building she lit a smile on my face with her charisma and friendly energy. During the appointment (ear wax removal) she explained everything clearly and precisely to me and made me feel as comfortable as possible going into the procedure (also helped by her great sense of humour!) I could tell that she really does care about the work that she does, and it is fair to say that this has been one of the best appointments I've ever had. Feels great to be able to hear again too! Thank you Khadisha!

On 9th June 2022 I was treated for earwax removal
at Hidden Hearing, Finchley, London N3 2BU.
The practitioner was Khadisha Walters.

She clearly explained the procedure, carried it out briefly and completely painlessly. I'd recommend this procedure and practitioner to anyone who might be nervous undergoing it for the first time. It really is painless and has made a great improvement in my hearing, with or without wearing my hearing aids.
Thankyou, Khadisha!

I needed wax removal and made an appointment. Khadisha at the Finchley branch was excellent. She was very professional and explained in detail at each stage.
