On time and a through examination undertaken with clear explanations at every stage. Although expensive the hearing aids supplied are so far excellent.

Very thorough test and great staff
It was an amazing hearing test and Uma was very friendly and efficient. I've never had such a thorough hearing test, everything was explained very clearly to me. Looking forward to picking up my hearing aids on Tuesday

Excellent service
I had my hearing test, right heating aid was adjusted because the hearing had slightly improved. I was told I need to have wax removed from both ears. I was recommended someone who comes to your home & does a thorough job. He came the next day.
