I saw Wendy Green in St Albans to clear my right ear of some stubborn wax. She persevered over two sessions (no surcharge for the second session) and my hearing has been restored. A very professional service delivered by a very nice lady. Highly recommended.

I was a bit nervous about the hearing test, but the receptionist (Olivia) and the practitioner (Mubashir) made the experience very relaxing, for which I was grateful. My husband made an appointment in our local branch (St Albans) as he had noticed his hearing was detoriating. From the moment we walked through the door nothing was too much trouble. The audiologist ( Mubashir) was superb in explaining everything clearly, involving me in the test & giving us his best advice.
