What can I say from start to the point of getting my hearing aids I can’t recommend this place enough.

I am writing to share positive feedback about Lily and Julie, who supported me in Sheffield. The service they delivered was truly exemplary. I came in with concerns and questions about my hearing loss, and Lily explained everything with great care and professionalism. I have learned so much from her, and her guidance has given me a much better understanding of my condition and how to manage it.Staff members like Lily and Julie are a credit to Audika. They make a great team!

The staff and audiologists, Lilly and Libby at York Street, Sheffield are excellent and very polite. My wife and I always have a bit of banter, at my expense but it makes the appointments a pleasurable experience. The service is A1, and has been for the past 5 years.

Lilly is warm friendly careful thorough and fills me with confidence. She always quickly responds to my queries if I have them. I have complete trust in her advice.
She perfectly balances efficiency competence and clear communication. She combines that with warmth and professionalism.
I’d give her top marks every time.

Our appointment with Lily went very well. Lily was very patient with my Aunty who is 87 but also very knowledgeable and able to get my Aunty to listen and concentrate by speaking to her very clearly and keeping her attention. Lily answered all her questions and nothing was too much trouble. We came away with new hearing aids which are amazing and my Aunty knew exactly how to charge them up and when to take them out. We have a follow up appointment booked to check everything is ok and the service as a whole was excellent.

I visited Hidden Hearing for my free hearing teat. Easy to find very welcoming receptionist offered refreshments. Went to have my hearing test met Lilly who is very friendly and puts you at ease. Explained everything what she was going to do in the test was professional and explained that I do need hearing aids there was no pressure to buy anything . Fantastic I would recommend Lilly and "Hidden Hearing" to all my family and friends thankyou .

You advertise a product at a low price.
And charge more than Boots or Specsavers.
False advertising. Lying even
