Audika - Plymouth Arvostelua

I popped into Hidden Hearing Plymouth without any appointment to hopefully gain some advice re my loss of hearing in one ear overnight. I was welcomed into the shop and within 5 mins was being seen by Ben who gave me the appropriate tests there and then and a referral letter for my Doctor. Excellent service really pleasant team. Would recommend without question

I saw heather and found her very helpful and she told us what she was doing l felt very calm and happy and would recommend any body to go to there

Heather was very clear in her explanation about what would happen during the test, very thorough in her examination and testing and gave me what I thought was excellent advice.

Happy to recommend her.

Very informative and caring

There was a detailed explanation of the hearing test and following results.

They made me very welcome, and the lady who tested my hearing was very thorough and professional. She even tested my tinnitus condition too, and checked for ear wax. The test was very good, indeed.

Professional and reliable service.

Appointment was on time and an excellent service was carried out lots of advice and time spent carrying out test

Very professional and helpful. Fully explained the procedure. Pleasant and courteous.

Professional and thorough experience with each step of the microsuction procedure carefully explained. Suzanne did a fantastic job.

Jane and Heather were very helpful and friendly

Friendly service and understanding my needs.

A very friendly and professional experience. Good guidance and no pressure.

The lady cleaned my ears out very well thank you.

I think it started to possibly resolve a problem, as regards short term memory loss.

Created another due to product cost.

Friendly, welcoming. The test was comprehensive and Emma was knowledgeable and informative.
However the cost of the hearing aids is exorbitant even when considering the undoubtedly good back up service.

Just had an amazing experience with Suzanne in the Plymouth, Devon branch.
Had a blocked right ear and was distressed from losing the hearing.
Was seen to instantly and had both ears taken care of.
Didn’t just change my day; felt like it changed my life.
Suzanne couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding.

Heather the lady that did my test was very helpful explaining everything in depth not rushing very enjoyable experience.

Excellent communications and personal service. Many thanks to Heather and team.
