Hearing test was very easy and done…

Hearing test was very easy and done very efficiently The lady doing the test was very good explained everything they were going to do in detail to my husband and I as it was just my husband getting the test as one of my ears was blocked with wax. Appointment was booked for another day

Mixed feelings.

My hearing test was terminated due to wax in my ear. My fault. However it was a little disappointing that I could not have my ears dewaxed while I was there.

Thank you for your 3-star review. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment, unfortunately we are unable to proceed with a hearing test if there is wax present. Also, wax removal is provided by a different member of our team who was unfortunately unavailable on the day of your appointment.

The staff were excellent the testing…

The staff were excellent the testing was very professional but the booking system was poor we had to confirm our booking three times and still only had one of the two booked appointments the staff were great and we managed to get both checked as I need an earwax removal

Excellent service

The treatment was carried out with care and with thorough preparation and explanation. It was done in a calm, pleasant environment and full consideration taken of physical issues that potentially compromised the treatment. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend
