I had a free hearing test done here and the sessions was very good and informative.

I attended Nottingham branch with my friend and was met with great care and understanding from Faye, she explained everything thoroughly and was v compassionate... I would highly recommend her to anybody 10/10 experience

I had a very positive experience with Hidden Hearing right from my first contact with them. They were quick to respond to my enquiry and it was easy to make an appointment at a time that was convenient. The Nottingham branch was beautifully clean and tidy, and felt like a very private and peaceful space despite being right in the city centre. The testing process was clearly explained, and I felt very comfortable with the audiologist. I also learned more about how to protect my hearing while I was there. The tests were comprehensive, and I recommend this company if you have any concerns at all about your hearing. Thank you!

I was told that the pain I was experiencing was all in my head and when I disclosed my anxiety diagnosis she told me I should not be stressed as my degree is ‘easy’.
This was very unnecessary and belittling

I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option. Going for the higher range hearing aids is value for money and even better value for hearing health as I feel looked after by my hearing aids and the dedicated staff.
