Staff in Clayton street centre were excellent, however Westgate road centre were not helpful and rather off hand. Not at all helpful.

Excellent service as always. Professional staff who explain everything and do a first class job.

I am disabled and l was treated very well everything was sorted for me and l thank them for their understanding.

The Consultant could see that I needed to get rid of wax in my left ear . He prescribed me earol .Having used this as directed he was able to remove wax & proceed with a hwaring test . This tedy went well . I do not yet need any hearing aids.

Straightforward reception, into treatment , well mannered and friendly staff. Removal of wax simple within minutes complete . Well organised.
Already booked the next visit in 3 months

Noks was superb, she was kind considerate and extremely helpful . While I have not yet committed to the purchase I am sure I will . The cost whilst discounted is still a significant outlay coming at an awkward time . I am hoping this changes as we sell our property over the next month so I can trying to see Noks once more . Very good service . I was educated !!

It was initially difficult to get through. When I got my appointment the staff were friendly and reassuring. I needed two visits. The problem with my ear wasn't completely resolved. It was recommended I go to the doctor and continue some treatment at home. I was told I could go back if things didn't improve. This was reassuring.

Had my hearing aid's for about 5 weeks now grainger st newcastle upon tyne NE15JF the service i got off a lady called Nok's was friendy warm welcome i have a few problem's adjusting to them but i had help off the lady and i have told just to come in and she will help me very professional highly recommend
