Audika - Leigh-on-Sea Arvostelua

Very genuine people. A good experience assisted by helpful staff. A very positive outcome and would definitely recommend. Thanks to all the staff at the shop in Leigh on Sea

I already wear hearing aids and wanted to upgrade my pair. My hearing test was very thorough and unhurried. Jennie answered my questions clearly and explained bits about the ear which I hadn’t known before. I was given two different aids to wander around with and try out in the high street before making my decision, it was all very relaxed and plenty of time was given to me to make the right decision. All in all, an excellent service from Audika Leigh on Sea. Thank you

The staff are very friendly & helpful. The audiologist I see is always pleased to see me & explains clearly what is happening with my ears & tries her best to give me the best hearing that she can.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful and Jenny is top notch.

Great service. Wendy was lovely. Nice to be able to hear again. Highly recommended

Very caring audiologist. Helpful & understanding. Very good communication

The girls here are very professional, friendly & welcoming! Wendy gave me a wax removal and talked me through the whole service, Jen did my hearing test and again remained professional and explained everything to me step by step. Since attending both woman and Keely have been more than helpful and accommodating to my requests! Thank you lady’s for all your help! I would highly recommend them all for their amazing staff, the incredible service and friendly manner!

Expert care from Wendy

Brilliant service from start to finish. It was explained what was going to be done and made me feel at ease.

Excellent professional staff who all have an excellent "human touch'.

I’m happy for the information that was given good advice thank you

As my hearing is very bad Jen explains everything that is happening with my hearing she always very honest with me. I have been attending Hidden Hearing and now Audika for a good many years and have been treated honestly and with respect ever time.

I had my hearing test today - 3/9/26 - having taken my son a few weeks ago for his hearing test. Yet again with Jennie, a very experienced, professional but with a brilliant rapport & the ability to put people at ease. She explained the tests and the outcomes - I was pleseantly surprised and very pleased by my hearing is very good for my age (late 50’s). The service , professionalism, skill and proficiency is exemplar.
I fully recommend and endorse Audika Leigh on Sea, and I’m very hard to please. Such skill, efficiency and service is rare , as well as so thorough. And in particular thanks to Mrs Jennie Canham, my audiologist today (and she was my sons too). Tbh I’d never heard of Audika until a few weeks ago (pardon the pun) but I’m glad I choose the Leigh on Sea branch for both mine & my sons hearing tests .

Jen is amazing, she’s so caring and helpful. I wouldn’t go anyway else.

Great staff

Excellent due to Jenny.

I saw Wendy Green at Audika in Leigh-on-Sea yesterday for ear wax removal. I am a regular visitor as I suffer from ear wax buildup. Wendy is always very caring and professional in her approach, explaining exactly what she will be doing and how noisy it may be. I am then shown pictures of before and after. It always amazes me. To get the best result it is important to use Earol olive oil for a few days before your treatment. This makes it much easier to remove the wax buildup. Thank you Wendy. I would not go anywhere else.

Professional audiologist but also friendly and caring. Explained every part of the process clearly and succint.

Excellent friendly staff Keely and Jen make it such an easy experience
So knowledgeable and informative and have given me the confidence to wear hearing aids where I couldn’t with NHS
The Leigh on Sea centre I cannot compliment enough
Thankyou to all

Friendly and efficient. Great combo.
