Got a new Oticon Reveal 1 MiniRite for my mom. Honestly, none of us expected that it would improve her quality of life so much! "It feels like if you were on crutches and suddenly started running again," said Mom. 
Tom Leech is a gifted professional that Audika should feel lucky to have on their team. He is not only attentive and knowledgeable, but also very empathetic, and he made great contact with my elderly mom despite the language barrier.
It wasn't just buying off the shelf; it was precise diagnostics in the first visit, and then another hour or so to do all the fittings, trying out different domes and dynamics, and finally the fine-tuning a couple of days later. 
The care and attention my mom received is priceless. Now she can hear with both ears, enjoys the chirping of birds, can speak in a crowd of people, and even her phone is directly connected to the hearing aid device.

I decided to make the journey from Brentford to Kingston to have my hearing tested and was pleased when I did because it was a pleasant experience. Greeted by a very friendly receptionist who came to hold the door for me as I'm using a crutch. The experience with the team was pleasant and they sorted my hearing out very efficiently. I am very happy with my hearing aids and will continue with "Audika" into the future.

Tom was very thorough and helpful throughout the appointment and assisted me in choosing my upgraded hearing aids which I am very happy with as my hearing is much improved.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Then Dee dealt with my father, who was very anxious, in a calm, unhurried manner which put him at his ease. Her whole approach was professional and reassuring but above all kind - this is something that as a nurse of 35 years that I value most highly in a healthcare encounter, so grateful thanks to her.
