The audiologist was welcoming, explained things well and put up with two chatty women. Even though they aren't a small independent, I would recommend this branch of the service if you live in and around Hove. Lovely experience.

A very positive experience. I would recommend this practice if you have have a blocked ear.

The practitioner explained all the procedures and processes clearly. She was patient and understanding when dealing with an elderly gentleman, who picks up ideas slowly.

I’ve had some ear issues for a few months and finally plucked up the courage to investigate after getting nowhere with booking a GP appt. Turns out all I had was build up of ear wax which was easily and quickly resolved. I felt comfortable and reassured the whole way through the quick procedure which was great as I’m quite squeamish! I already feel better in both my hearing and general ear well-being. Thank you!

My hearing aid wasn't working, so I dropped in to my local HH shop in Hove. I had assumed I would need to make an appointment and then perhaps send the apparatus off to be examined and repaired. However the very friendly and helpful receptionist and administrator, Mary, was able to diagnose and fix the problem right there and then - replacing the speaker. Hence I left 10 minutes later, pleasantly surprised and with a functioning apparatus. Excellent service!

As ever really great service and attention to detail. If like me build up of wax is an issue then this is the best treatment you can get!

We first visited Hidden Hearing Hove around 15 months ago for my elderly mother. Since they’ve we’ve been back with my elderly aunt too. The service we’ve received has never been anything short of excellent. Both Liam and Mary will always take the time to answer any questions you have whether at scheduled appointments or popping in unannounced. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Dee was very calm and considerate. She carefully removed the wax from my blocked up ear and I’m happily able to hear properly again. 🙂

Thank you to Hidden Hearing team for the micro suction treatment. From the booking process to the actual procedure the process was professional, helpful and effective. I had tried to call other companies, which still have not called me back. Hidden Hearing took my call and arranged a super prompt appointment.
If I had not attended I would have been close to an ear infection. Instead, the procedure was simple and I hardly noticed it was happening.
I will be going back for checkups to makes sure I do not get such bad wax again. I wear ear plugs at night which can increase the risk.
Thanks again. I got lucky finding you and getting your expert help. PS. I wonder if the 'highstreet' chains will ever call me back?

I was feeling quite apprehensive before my visit as I had never had micro suction to clear ear wax before, but I had nothing to worry about, the service I received was excellent and resulted in me began able to hear clearly again, which was an enormous relief. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and Dee, the practitioner was extremely caring and proficient, she explained what she was going to do beforehand and ensured all was well afterward with a hearing test. I am very happy with the service I received and have booked a regular return appointment for next year.

My mum was treated today. She has had previous wax removal procedures both privately and on the NHS. This was the first time the process was pain free thanks to the care and professionalism shown by Dee. She will definitely return in six months time.

I have this afternoon had my ear-wax removal at Hove Hidden Hearing by an extremely lovely professional young lady named Dee. The front desk and offices are super clean. Everything was explained clearly and in full. I had every confidence that I was in safe hands. Highly recommended.
