Audika - Hereford Arvostelua

Excellent professional service in a warm and friendly atmosphere . All aspects of the appointment clearly explained . Will return without hesitation .

Friendly people

I just went into the shop to ask a few questions; all answers were good. I booked a hearing test for the next day and was very impressed with the outcome, JKs recommendation and trial of the Advanced hearing aids. I went back the next day and walked out wearing my new hearing aids!
They are not cheap, but are the best I have had, after 40 years of NHS aids and private ones from Specsavers.
I still have my first follow up appointment to attend, when a few small adjustments are needed, but right now I am quite happy.
All the staff at the Hereford shop are experienced and extremely helpful.
I wasn’t promised a miracle - there is never going to be one for me, but this is the closest I have been so far.

Gave me the info about my hearing

Excellent service
Brilliant staff
Brilliant audiologist
But for me i found it rather expensive

Excellent attention to details of my previous hearing history.
Clear and detailed explanation of the results. Thank you.

As always, the appointment from reception to conclusion was totally professional. Jayanth made me welcome and was clear in his explanations without being patronising. The check up was thorough and conducted so well that the time flew. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audika to anyone. The aftersales service is outstanding.

Another friendly but also professional appointment. Everything was explained clearly so that decisions could be made with the background of full information.

David was very good and the tests all seemed to be very thorough. I think it could be improved by giving clients the results of their tests in written form and also to receive more advice re hearing aids.

I had friendly professional advice and felt in safe hands

Thank you for your time and expert advice! We hope to see you again soon!

Staff excellent. Thank you.

Great staff very friendly would recommend to anyone

I've already emailed Mr. John Rafferty, the area manager, concerning out visit by a remarkable young lady, Nicola Levi. Outstanding service, understanding and compassionate...a truly wonderful person. Very professional and a full explanation of everything. I cannot recommend Hidden Hearing any higher. Many thanks, Sean Impey
