Went in for a free hearing test for the first time last Friday at Hatch End.
The reason 1 went to Hidden Hearing was because I had seen an aid that they have the latest revolutionary hearing aid technology in-clinic.
The audiologist was very pleasant and welcoming. She explained each step of the test in detail and gradually gave me the news that 1 needed
hearing aid. She recommended the most suitable hearing aid I could have.
She answered all my queries.
I would highly recommend anyone to visit HH, especially Hatch End if they are having any difficulty hearing.

The consultation was very professional and informative which generated lot of confidence in the surgery.

Roopa Samani who administered micro-suction for wax removal was very diligent, professional and caring in her approach.

The receptionist was very welcoming offering anything to eat or drink, the ear care practitioner (whose name was Roopa samani) was very helpful for giving me advice on how what causes these issues as well as how to avoid and maintain healthy ears and the process itself was very quick and smooth. Therefore, would definitely recommend it to anyone that has some issues with ears as it can improve many aspects of life.

I saw Roopa Samani at Hidden hearing today to have my hearing checked and wax from my ear removed. It was a pleasant experience I was greeted well, everything was explained thoroughly and the treatment was carried out with great care. I would strongly recommend Roopa to anyone who want their hearing checked. The technology used is also state of art.

I have had 2 appointments at hidden hearing in Hatch End with Roopa Samani. She was great and made me feel very comfortable, explaining what was being done and why. I was told more about the shape of my ear canals etc. which I didn’t know about and this was helpful. She took pictures before and after treatment to show change and did tests to check efficiency of my hearing on a graph. Overall great experience.
