I had a great experience with Teresa at Hidden Hearing Dundee, she is so lovely and has a great sense of humour so the time flies by. I was having issues with one of my ears due to pneumonia and she handled it very professionally and was reassuring by explaining the whole process and making sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate the fact she also had a follow up appointment with me to ensure everything was still ticking along fine. I had to have earwax removed as I could barely hear at all - a great experience at Hidden Hearing - trustworthy, professional, clean & pleasant environment, plus easy to get to in Castle Street. Theresa is superb at her job. Would definitely use Hidden Hearing again.

Can't believe the difference it made, should have had it done years ago. Very reasonally priced.

Had a great experience at hidden hearing Dundee branch very friendly and professional, Norrie made me feel ease and explained my results and let me try some hearing aids which was very helpful so I could understand my results and get more of an idea what my hearing could sound like.
I would recommend hidden hearing if you are having any issues.

The audiologist who came to test my mother’s ears (Calum) was helpful, friendly and patient. There was no hard sell - just good, practical advice. This is the way to gain - and keep - customers!
