Audika - Chesterfield Arvostelua

I’ve been twice to Hidden Hearing in Chesterfield now. It’s by far the best experience I’ve had over many years of going to my local GP.
Jan is a great professional and removed my ear wax.
Many thanks and I’ll back next year for a check up.

Firstly, all of the staff I met at the Chesterfield office, Grace, Jan & Mandy were all very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and caring. Jan performed the wax removal from both my ears and she proved to be a lady who does not give up until the job is done and complete to both our satisfaction. Grace performed the full technical audio procedures and tests and gave me the detail and advice I needed to make future decisions. A very up to date technical and completely pleasant experience. Finally, Mandy did an excellent job at reception with suitable bookings and made sure a drink was available on all occasions. In short total excellence at all levels. Thank you ladies for all your help.

Very thorough earwax removal. The whole process was explained to me and I had a hearing test afterwards.
Excellent service.

Very thorough and didn’t feel rushed at all when having suction for removal of wax. Jan at Chesterfield made the whole experience pleasant and very relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to have this procedure carried out.

The friendly and professional service was amazing and a huge thank you to Jan for her patience during my procedure.

Went to Hidden Hearing in CHESTERFIELD as I have been suffering with loss of hearing in my right ear for some time . Also it was quite sore !
Jan was fantastic . She talked me through it all and showed me some really interesting photos of my ear as she worked. She got out a big bit of wax which was compacted against my eardrum with no trouble at all and it was completely painless . Took about 25 mins in all with consultation.
I have been telling all my friends about it .
Highly recommend and would use again in the future .
Mandy on reception was also very friendly and offered me a coffee as soon as I walked in.
Great service - thank you

Successful removal of earwax. This was substantially due the persistence and ingenuity of Jan. Very much appreciated as was Mandy in reception. Will certainly maintain regular visits.

Jan was very helpful and correctly identified an ear infection . A return visit cleared the wax from the other ear and I'm now hearing better than I have for months. Don Jones
