Audika - Chelmsford Moulsham Street Arvostelua 

I was very pleased with Christy our Audiologist who spent 35 minutes talking to me about the tests she was doing and explaining them to me.
I had not been to Audika in Chelmsford and I went there with my husband as I was advised to come with another person.

Krupa was excellent. Very patient and answered all my queries.

Excellent service provided by Krupa at the Chelmsford branch of Audika. She gave a comprehensive hearing test followed by a detailed and well presented analysis of my hearing problems, and good advice on the most suitable aids for me. Unfortunately the price was significantly higher than a competitor for exactly the same aids and similar ongoing service so I did not buy.

When I arrived at Audika in Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, I was welcomed in a friendly and efficient manner by Julie. I was then warmly greeted by my audiologist, Krupa, who proceeded to test my hearing in many interesting ways and to advise me about the new technology. I opted to stay with my current hearing aids for a while longer, especially as there was no change to my hearing abilities. Krupa checked my hearing aids and showed me how to do a more thorough clean. I was very happy with my visit and all my queries were answered in a good humour and with much knowledge. Thank you for a very good visit.

All staff there are professional, make u feel at ease. The two receptionists are very nice, and the Audiologist i see Krupa is very professional also ,as well as being friendly and making me feel at ease and not under any pressure.I would highly recommend them .

On Wednesday 24th June Krupa the Audiologist at the Chelmsford branch carried out my hearing tests. Krupa was highly professional and explained herself extremely well I was very impressed and confident with her diagnosis. First class service.

Excellent initial assessment with Krupa. Clear explanation of hearing problem, using graphs to show levels of hearing loss. Took time to understand the situation and objectives of using a hearing aid.
