The aftercare is exceptional

Very professional and knowledgible

Very professional the way i like it thank you hidden hearing. Also phone answered straight away refreshing to hear a human voice.

I would like to say how fantastic the audiologist (David Cox) was in my recent visit - he was patient, a great problem solver and kind - the experience was wonderful and my problems were resolved - I will look forward to my next visit

Lovely staff as always and extremely helpful. We feel like friends not clients when visiting them.

Very welcoming service with expert care and attention

Really good customer service at Cardiff office. Looked after by Jamie. Thorough test and follow up meetings to ensure everything was right. Delighted with my new hearing aids, they have significantly improved my hearing compared to my previous ones.

The therapist arrived on time. She is very efficient and at the same time, friendly and supportive. She answered all my questions and made sure that I understood. I look forward to her next visit.

Everything done is totally excellent.!!!!

Nicola was very polite, patient and professional. Also everything was explained clearly throughout the visit

Good service, happy with the service

I found Mr Cox the audiologist very helpful, he explained the working of the aids I used and the functions very well. The after sales service is very good also.

Another great experience, having my new hearing aids tested and fitted. Audiologist Esther patiently, fitted and tested my new hearing aids ,and advised me of ways to improve the quality of my hearing using the appropriate App.

Great Job👍🏽 Siobhan👏🏽

Very happy with Hidden Hearing going back in January to have my ears shringed just before I go on holiday in Febuary. Thank You. Trevor

I was met by a friendly receptionist, and was then greeted by the audiologist who explained in detail how the procedure was going to proceed. He was very polite and I felt at ease straight away

I like the staff and enjoy talking with them. I feel they have my best interests at heart

Very thorough and professional and a pleasure to see Mr Cox again.
Adjustments and checks all done and completed successfully.

All at hidden hearing were very friendly and professional. My appointment lasted for approximately 1 hour and it was carried out by the audiologist without being rushed and was very thorough, I was more than pleased.
