Audika - Canterbury Stour Street Arvostelua

Service and staff brilliant. Thank you.

Visiting this branch of Audika was a most pleasant experience. A welcoming and efficient staff has always been encountered on all of my visits. The efficiency of receptionist Mandy is most impressive and the thoroughness of Alison the Audiologist that carried out the test was extremely thorough. Very helpful advice was provided by her during and after the procedure. I look forward to seeing Mandy and Alison on my next visit to this branch.

Allison is very efficient, but also very personable and makes sure not my wife and I are fully aware of what's going on.

VERY THOROUGH REVIEW OF CURRENT SITUATION. TOO EARLY YET TO REVIEW FUTURE RESULTS

Audiologist gave an explanation of what tests would be carried out. He was very pleasant. No issues

In a calm and friendly environment, I received a professional hearing test using modern equipment, carried out with absolute professionalism by Alison, the Hearing Aid Audiologist at their Canterbury branch.

Alison explained every part of the procedure with patience, and I felt completely at ease asking my questions. There was no rush, no sales person attitude, and quite importantly, it was free of charge too.

If you are unsure about getting your hearing tested, I can assure you that Mandy's warm and welcoming approach will make you want to call and book an appointment as soon as you can.

Thank you, Hidden Hearing, for such an excellent experience.

My experience at the Canterbury hidden hearing centre was extremely professional. Well thought through and gave me all the information I needed struggling to consider paying 4800 for hearing AIDS. Well, await to see the literature that is to be sent to me. Explaining why this is the one that is best for me well done
A professional service

The receptionist Mandy gave me an appointment within half an hour of my phone call. As my hearing aids could not have the ‘loop’ option Alison installed the ‘Lecture’ option onto my app which enabled me to hear and enjoy my visit to the theatre.

The audiologist Alison was friendly and professional. After the initial hearing assessment she identified and explained the issues, then made her recommendation. I have been pleased with the hearing aids. I can adjust them according to the situation and now don't miss bits of conversations. The receptionist Mandy has been helpful and friendly too.

Your members of staff were welcoming, polite and knowledgeable.

As a first time purchaser of hearing aids, but a seasoned user of them (from the NHS), I was looking for and found an experienced audiologist. Alison was friendly, knowledgeable and, above all, competent. She understood my concerns and was prepared and able to answer all my questions. The testing was thorough yet the whole session unhurried, nor was there any pressure to purchase any particular level of HA.

Always a friendly and welcoming.
Excellent product support from knowledgeable experienced staff

Hidden hearing were amazing in diagnosing my hearing issues. Mandy was super friendly and helpful to fit in a hearing test within our calendar. I had a hearing test which did come up with below ideal hearing. Was super impressed with the thorough test by Alison and no pressure sales at all. Was told I would be referred to my GP as there was no hearing aid which could fix this.

Would thoroughly recommend hidden hearing to anyone looking to get any hearing ailments diagnosed.

Having previously purchased my hearing aids from Canterbury, I, as always received expert and knowledgeable assistance and service from Alison and Mandy today on my Annual follow up.

Visited Hidden Hearing Canterbury yesterday and was met by a lovely receptionist called Mandy who made me feel at ease immediately.
I saw Alison Preston for a hearing check and she was fantastic. After my hearing test Alison took the time to explain everything in detail, demystified the complex aspects of hearing and was very informative.
Alison was highly professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is apprehensive of having their hearing checked.
It was a pleasure to meet Alison and Mandy.

Always great service and aftercare with hearing aids. Pleasant receptionist and the hearing aid specialist Alison Pearson takes such care and is so helpful at understanding hearing issues. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

What a lovely lady, explained each step with kindness and settled me in despite my nervousness.

Made to feel very welcome.
Nothing too much trouble.
Consultation was punctual and thorough.
From the receptionist offering to make a coffee to Alison the the consultant you get the sense they care for you the patient.
Thank you.

An annual checkup which is always professional yet informal at the same time.
It is good to see the same professional but attentive staff.
Cannot fault the service
