In a calm and friendly environment, I received a professional hearing test using modern equipment, carried out with absolute professionalism by Alison, the Hearing Aid Audiologist at their Canterbury branch.

Alison explained every part of the procedure with patience, and I felt completely at ease asking my questions. There was no rush, no sales person attitude, and quite importantly, it was free of charge too.

If you are unsure about getting your hearing tested, I can assure you that Mandy's warm and welcoming approach will make you want to call and book an appointment as soon as you can.

A professional service

The receptionist Mandy gave me an appointment within half an hour of my phone call. As my hearing aids could not have the ‘loop’ option Alison installed the ‘Lecture’ option onto my app which enabled me to hear and enjoy my visit to the theatre.

The audiologist Alison was friendly and professional. After the initial hearing assessment she identified and explained the issues, then made her recommendation. I have been pleased with the hearing aids. I can adjust them according to the situation and now don't miss bits of conversations. The receptionist Mandy has been helpful and friendly too.

As a first time purchaser of hearing aids, but a seasoned user of them (from the NHS), I was looking for and found an experienced audiologist. Alison was friendly, knowledgeable and, above all, competent. She understood my concerns and was prepared and able to answer all my questions. The testing was thorough yet the whole session unhurried, nor was there any pressure to purchase any particular level of HA.

Hidden hearing were amazing in diagnosing my hearing issues. Mandy was super friendly and helpful to fit in a hearing test within our calendar. I had a hearing test which did come up with below ideal hearing. Was super impressed with the thorough test by Alison and no pressure sales at all. Was told I would be referred to my GP as there was no hearing aid which could fix this.

Everyone at the Canterbury branch are really friendly and professional, they make me feel very welcome. I had a hearing test carried out by Alison Preston she was so kind and attentive and very knowledgeable, she took the time to explain everything to me. She listened to me and she also included my wife which was very helpful because we were able to ask questions about how to get the most from my hearing aids so that hopefully we can start to enjoy listening to music together again.
