Hidden Hearing could not have sent us a better audiologist as we had the best.
Jeanette came to us replacing Laura who visited me before when Hidden Hearing took over from Hearbase, who I was with for at least twenty years.Having visited my ear surgeon last year to find out whether or nor I could have a solution to my continuous hearing loss in my right ear but Mr Lavy came to the conclusion that my right ear hardly functioned and my left ear was for the time being acceptable. He advised me to just be reliant on AI technology and further research on cochlear!.
I told Jeanette about this and she told me she was the right person to give a clear understanding as she used to work at Guys in the audiology department specialicing on cochlear implant. My husband and I were impressed with her clear explanation with a chart and what procedures to expect incase I was offered one. She did the test and assured us my hearing was still too good to be a candidate. Shame.
My family were very anti the operation as it was too close to the brains but Jeanette convinced us it was perfectly safe and very successful but also a hard route to follow with all the after care.
I would like you to extend our thanks for the time she spent with us and the excellent explanation and understanding very much appreciated by us.. Thank You Jeanette.

Seen on time, good description of what was to happen (wax removal)

Prompt, thorough and efficient, it’s always been a pleasant experience.

I was given a lot of good advice as to how to proceed. As no hearing aids were recommended below £4000 I decided this was not and option for me. I have requested an NHS hearing aid upgrade as suggested.

All ways so helpful

always well locked after.everything working as usual

Alex was very professional and explained the procedure fully . He was careful gentle and exact. I particularly liked the before and after photos/video of my ear canal
Absolutely painless procedure. Ear wax removal. Recommended

On time appointment - no waiting, friendly reception, informative assessment.

Very caring and through. I was pleased with the service i received
.I am very upset and inconvenienced as my internal ear measurements were lost in transport. I have been requested to attend again for new measurements!!? However, I will attend as requested for new ear measurements.

Professional. Informative. And explained everything clearly...

Very professional and quick service company.
I booked for ear wax removal. The technician explained in great detail the procedure so I knew what to expect. They take before and after pictures using iPhone type technology and complete a hearing test.
I highly recommend hidden hearing

Everyone involved in sorting out my Mum's hearing test and hearing aids were very efficient, professional and friendly.
Very many thanks.

Really very good ,

Prompt, helpful and considerate.

Very efficient service. Polite, welcoming staff. Given advice and recommendations and key up to date with new equipment available.

I attended Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal. I have never had this done before so was a little nervous but Alex was great. He was reassuring, informative on the process and caring. Would definitely recommend

I've had trouble with a build up of wax in my ears since I was a small child and for years went to my GP surgery to have it removed until they stopped providing this service. However, it did me a favour! I've now found the best possible option - microsuction. Superior to irrigation in every way. Not painful and very effective. Just slightly noisy. Alex at Hidden Hearing is a star! Friendly, gentle and super-efficient - and a perfectionist. Thank you for a great experience.
