Audika - Bath Arvostelua

Been a client of Hidden Hearing for 3 years now and I have found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in solving any problems. Andy Collis has been my dispenser and someone who has supported and encouraged me to persevere when I have encountered difficulties. Thank you Andy. Highly recommend.

My German hearing aid came apart. Even through this system is not popular in UK Andy Collins came up with a solution. I am very thankful.
A very good address if you have any problem with hearing devices.

Sound (sorry!) advice delivered with empathy. Questions answered clearly and with considerable depth of knowledge. Thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing and Andy Collis

I had an appointment on Thursday 9th April with Siobhan at Hidden Hearing in Bath. I needed my ears syringed. I haven’t had good experiences with ear syringes in the past so I was a bit nervous to have another one. At Hidden Hearing I was amazed at the service and care I received. I will be going there again with no hesitation. I cannot recommend Hidden Hearing enough.
A very satisfied client. Gary Pollard

I've been going for 5 years and Andy Collis is exceptional. His care and kindness and professionalism is second to none. He should be training all the Hidden Hearing professionals.

All round a excellent service staff were excellent

Excellent service, and worth every penny of the £70 it costs to get your blocked ears sorted

Good friendly service, spent time discussing all my questions

I really felt involved in the decision making - this was a 'doing with', not a 'doing to' experience. Andy was reassuring and encouraging. I'm really pleased to have a follow up appointment already arranged for me - it's good to have the after-care taken so seriously.

Recently went to Hidden Hearing in Bath.
Dropped in the hope as my ears were blocked up, as a chance that a lady called Siobhan would be available to see me.
I was pleasantly surprised and impressed how painlessthe experience was.
My hearing immediately returned to normal.i hadn’t realised how important it is to have these treatments yearly. And, that you can just drop in to see Siobhan .
It really does make a massive difference.
Pattie.

My appointment was on time. The whole process was easy and all was explained.

Andy is highly experienced and knowledgeable so relieved I met him to test my hearing. He is very thorough in his test routines and communicates the results in an understandable manner. I can't thank him enough for his patience and care in answering all my questions.

Excellent time keeping and very e

I always look forward to my visits to Hidden Hearing Bath. The waiting room is calm and pleasant, with welcoming staff. Andy Collis ( the audiologist) is a true gentleman. Through the combination of available technology and Andy’s expertise and attention to detail, I can now hear things I thought were lost. I can now listen to the radio and music. The birds are singing again! I have regained confidence in talking to people and in noisy situations.
Nothing is too much trouble for Andy
and his team until you are confident and happy with your new hearing aids. An annual hearing test is also offered.
