Et pas ue le lot.je suis arrivé à l entrepôt en belgique il mon dit que le lot que j’avais acheté n’etait pas arrivé du pays Hollande à savoir que les entrepôt sont vides en belgique surtout ne pas faire d’enchères les entrepôt son vides absences de matériel à fuir

Ik heb hier een nieuwe mini graafmachine gekocht op de veiling. Op de ophaaldag moesten we 2.5 uur (!) wachten voordat wij eindelijk aan de beurt waren. Dit komt doordat er maar 2 man werken terwijl en +- 150 kavels opgehaald worden tussen 0900 en 1500 uur.
De graafmachine stond in de loods en werd gebracht door een vorklift. De machine werd totaal verkeer opgepakt en dit gaf ook flinke schade aan de graafmachine. Tijdens het laden viel de graafmachine. Hierdoor was er een flinke deuk en meerdere krassen. De vorklift bestuurder gaf aan dat ik maar moest mailen en reed weg.
Het contact met AuctionPort is simpelweg idioot te noemen:
'Indien een koper met een machinetransporter of geschikt transportmiddel komt, is het tillen van de machine in principe niet nodig.'
'Het laden van kavels gebeurt door AuctionPort uitsluitend als vrijblijvende hulp en steeds op risico van de koper.'.
De kavels staan in een loods waar alleen personeel mag komen. Het is dus niet mogelijk zelf de kavels te transporteren. Toch zegt AuctionPort dat dit op vrijwillige basis is en ook nog op eigen risico! Conclusie: eigen schuld. Overigens vind AuctionPort 'de schade aan de machine miniem en beperkt van aard'. En dat op een gloednieuw product.
Doe jezelf een lol: loop met een hele grote boog om dit waardeloze bedrijf. Mij zien ze in ieder geval niet meer!

De kavels van auto's van de wekelijkse veiling hammertime overname wagens. Deze staan ook op de veiling van auctionports. Deze loopt 1 u vroeger af als de veiling (hammertime) start op dinsdag avond Op auctionport site staan de auto's al meer geprijst als bij hun. Hoe is dit mogelijk? Terwijl bij hun de prijzen nog veel lager staan.
Is al bijna zo als troostwijk met auction veilingen Is ook al zo een oplichterij.
Mensen denk na voor je koopt dikwijls meer rommel kopen als het waard is !!!

En el mes de Agosto de 2024 participo en una subasta de maquinaria pesada y después de comprarles una serie de maquinas pequeñas y minitractoras , me vendieron una excavadora volvo con el aire acondicionado estropeado y después de verla ahora ya estoy seguro de que le cambiaron consiguió un descuento de 500€ frente a los 3500€ que tuve que gastar, tenía que ver denunciado entonces ya.
La excavadora tiene parado el contador de horas ya que vino así... esta fue la primera.El aire acondicionado de todas las maquinas estropeados, a pesar de insistir y decir que si funcionaba todo bien, venden como que todo esta bien y cambian el motor y realizan delitos de borrar horas de trabajo y todo tipo de trampas, con la empresa U.C.E de OOskamp Brujas, que hablaremos de estos en el capitulo 3 de la pelicula que nos han pmmontado, aqui en España con el camion poarado con problemas que me han metido sin poder conseguir duplicado de documentacion en RDW y eso que les dije que lo comprearia si estaban hechas bien las documentaciones y parece que lo hacen queriendo dan la cabeza tractgora de baja estos chulos ladrones...
Participe en la subasta de fin de año del año 2024, el Jueves hará un año del cierre de la misma y justo el tiempo legal para poder denunciar los vicios ocultos de dos excavadoras, a una kubota kx161, le cortaron la barra de hierro de seguridad para que no se cambiara el motor y no de cambiar el motor hierro, estos piratas....la takeuchi TB150c, otra excavadora venía sin batería con el alternador y el motor de arranque cremados, testimonios son los de la empresa de transporte Francesa....para colmo, me retiraré de la subida de un camión Mercedes porque ellos mismos hacen trampas y suben y era el cuarto vehículo que miraba y los informes llamaron al día siguiente por email (prueba decisiva para ganar el pleito) y me dijeron que el que gano la subsata no iba a poder pagar y si quería me aceptaban la ultima subida de 11500€, y por escrito les conteste que si me facilitaban toda la documentación para la exportación a españa y poder trasladar las dos excavadora provisionales pues adelante, mi asombro al salir de Brujas cargado, nos para la policía y nos para el vehículo porque los documentos hicieron mal y dirón de baja la cabeza tractora, y se quedo en un parking del aldí el camión, me dejaron tirado y toda esta en ESPAÑA. HICIMOS EL TRANSPORTE CON UN CAMION GRUA CON UN GASTO INESPERADO, TRANSPORTE SIN PODER REALIZAR LOS PAPELES, he tenido que pedir un préstamo para acudir a los mejores abogados especialistas en España con sede en Bruselas y empezamos la defensa justa y digna de los daños y prejuicios y del engaño de cambio de motor y mal servicio, denunciable....tengan mucho cuidado con esta empresa,, hicieron esta gentuza, la de dinero que he perdido con estos engañadores profesionales, no me ayudaron ni poder quitar el camión a su sede que estaba en GANTE a unos 80 Km, cargado con una excavadora, las grúas, el transporte, todos los gastos inesperados ocasionados y encima que les ponga la condición y los saque del marrón con el propietario ya que fueron ELLOS LOS QUE suben EL PRECIO HACIENDO TRAMPAS EN LA SUBASTA, ellos y yo me retire porque ya las conocía, solo hay que ir al cierre de las subasta en su sede y ver como al terminar salen con número y cogidos las jirafas mafiosillas....iremos a juicio hasta que pagan todo, me dejaron tirado estos crueles

WANBETALERS EN OPLICHTERS! Deze malafide eigenaren Koen Schonkeren en Gilles Leqroix betalen leveranciers niet uit! Gebruiken advocaten om zich achter te verschuilen. Deze malafide organisatie staat bekend om deze praktijken en benadelen en frauderen keer op keer.
Betalen niet of zeer slecht. Doe absoluut geen zaken met Auctionport!

La marchandise que j’ai commandé a bien été réceptionné mais n’est pas conforme aux photos et à la description du produit.
Concernant le transport, les personnes du standard téléphonique ne sont pas aimables, raccrochent et ne veulent pas répondre aux questions. Aucun respect et aucun sérieux de la part d’auction port. On nous oblige à payer de suite et après il n’y a plus aucun suivi de leur part.

Une honte !
Le matériel mis en vente n’est absolument pas conforme à la description du site (heures). Auction.be revend des pelles importées d’Asie, et non d’Europe. Les pièces détachées et les notices sont introuvables en Europe.
Cela ressemble clairement à une arnaque organisée. À fuir !
De plus, un système d’enchères automatiques semble être utilisé pour pousser artificiellement les offres à la hausse.

Machine gewonnen op de veiling bij actionport bij; GEBR van Bree in Hapert.
aggregaat wat goed werkend was stond in de advertentie. Machine opgehaald, thuis storing laag koelwater. De radiateur bleek lek te zijn. Email gestuurd, maar ze willen er niets van weten. machine was op "dat moment" goed werkend.... Volgens Auctionport.

Pas sérieux, ne répondent pas aux mails, et raccrochent au nez par téléphone.

3 month ago I purchased a car in the 5 digit € area. 1 day before pick up i got phoned the car is not ready and it will be delivered to me 2 weeks later, it never arrived.
They are using sub-sellers and one obviously is bankrupt now.
now they are trying to get out of it. Cannot recommend

no support for the costumers!
if you call, they invite to write mail, if you write mail, they don't answer....
I've bought two excavators, 10 days for have informations about the load, than I anticipated 1 days the pickup (It wouldn't happen if the informations arrived earlier) and nobody want to load the machines, at the office they look like bureaucrats, nobody want help the costumers.

Bought a car in auction about a month ago, pictures with very shady quality, the add said the car was operational and running. When the truck loader went to pick up the car, battery was nearly dead, couldnt have it working, had to boost it to load it on the truck, which is ok. When i received it, the car was not according to pictures, there were wires coming under the steering wheel from the engine compartment and there was a push button loose next to the gear stick to start the car, the car didnt start normally with the key, had to push that hanging button. I put it on the mechanic to fix it and its now operational. However i made an inquiry about the document of belgian registration for more information since deel II barely has any specs of the car on it, like power etc and i complained about the button to start the car, it was not in the pictures provided in the add or mentioned. And the reply i got was shocking, instead of an excuse and sorry for this or that, the answer was the car was loaded on the truck by itself, and that the push button was an "alarm add on" lol and all terms had been met, i wasnt even trying to go back on the deal, the car is already paid for. But the reply is a demonstration of how they normally operate, if the car has any real problem, like a broken engine, oil leaks, whatever it is, keep in mind when buying from this website, the engine might be near dead, there could be oil leaks or problems, as soon as it runs 10 meters to load in the truck its your responsability, there is no check whatsoever to the condition of the cars they sell and the behaviour, please avoid this website

beter om niet te bieden op deze veilingen. Ik vind het te duur voor wat je krijgt, te hoge prijzen. Er wordt hier zeker meegeboden door deze mensen denken wij. Ze beïnvloedden de prijzen!
De communicatie loopt niet goed

Heel goede service! Ik contacteerde de algemene lijn voor informatie over een bepaalde kavel. Direct alle informatie via mail gekregen. Heb hem erna direct als nieuw mogen ontvangen.

Een zeer professioneel bedrijf in Antwerpen met een duidelijke en correcte afhandeling. Het veilingproces verloopt vlot en betrouwbaar, met heldere informatie over de aangeboden machines en goederen. Absoluut een aanrader:)

Zeer goede ervaringen, al meermaals items gekocht voor scherpe prijzen op deze veiling. Indien er iets niet klopt word ik steeds snel telefonisch verder geholpen door een medewerker.

Enkele weken geleden een minitractor aangekocht via de veiling. Transactie en communicatie verliep enorm vlot. Het kavel voldoet helemaal aan de verwachtingen. Mij zien ze hier nog terug 👍🏼

Ik won een kavel op een veiling, namelijk een stroomgenerator. De afhaling gebeurde correct.
Bij het in dienst stellen van de generator bleek er zich een technisch probleem te stellen. Contact opgenomen met de firma waar Jade Fierens mij heel snel en heel correct geholpen heeft. Dus van mijn kant een dikke duim voor de naverkoopdienst, en een dikke dankjewel aan Jade Fierens voor de topservice!!!
