Auction House UK - Auction House Manchester Arvostelua

We recently sold a property through Auction house Manchester. Dean and his team put great effort in to get successful outcome for us. We had tried to sell the property through the modern method of auction and found the process dragged on until we eventually had to turn to something else.Thankfully the team at Auction house did the auction through the traditional method and it was a lot more straightforward and made for a successful outcome. We are not in the property market so explanation of everything was good for us so we could follow the process easily. Regular updates were provided throughout the process which we welcomed-thank you

The auction house made the sale of our house so easy for us without any pressure nor problems ☆
Rachel kept us updated every step of the way ☆ highly recommended and trusted 5☆☆☆☆☆ service
Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel at Auction House UK to sell my property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service they provided. From start to finish, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. One of the standout aspects of their service was their timely responses. Every time I had a question or concern, they were quick to reply and made me feel like a top priority.

thank you to Dean Fenton and all the staff at Manchester Auction house for your hard work getting every last detail of my sale sorted for me i know it was not easy but every step of the way you were all their to help

No stress or hassle very easy to deal with I would definitely use again 👍

Auction House successfully marketed and sold our property at auction. We’re delighted not only with the result but also a painless process and constant communication on the part of Auction House

The property sector is full of people who cream money off you at every stage and deliver poor service. I am very pleased to say I have had the opposite experience with Auction House Manchester. Having tried to sell my property first via a Cash Buying Company and then via my Lettings Agent (disasters), I went with Manchester Auction House, having researched the auction market carefully. Rachel and Evie have been fantastic. They are prompt, professional, courteous, realistic. On auction day I was very nervous but it was extremely well managed and I was very fortunate to have a number of bidders who far exceeded what I expected on price. Now with fingers crossed for successful completion! Thanks.

We purchased a property with Dean at the Auction House. It was the simplest and most straightforward transaction imaginable. These guys are professional, thorough and on the ball. Every question and query was answered quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. A great team.

After 2 sales fell through for my late parents home at the signing contract stage I decided to go through the Auction process. The stages of the Auction was explained in detail to me by a nice person called Dean Fenton.
I've never used an Auction before, but I wouldn't hesitate in using Auction House again. Very friendly people and they provided step by step advice. The result was the property was sold and I was very very pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much Dean and Auction House.

Dean recently supported my mum with the sale of a rental property and provided a great service. He was able to accommodate my Mum’s preferences for communication and was happy to also liaise with family members, taking calls and giving regular e mail updates. He was flexible around meeting times and locations, answered all our questions and provided sound objective advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Callum was really helpful to a first time auction buyer. The process has been a happy one from start to end, thank you

I’d never sold at auction before but after struggling to sell via the estate agent route I contacted auction house Manchester. Dean was exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I was so impressed I sold my buy to let through auction house too. I would recommend Auction House Manchester to anyone who is looking for a rapid and stress free sale.

Very professional with great advice and assistance in knowledge of market. Friendly staff who are always there to help. Mr Fenton’s help was greatly appreciated as was everyone else at auction house.

Dean and all staff were exceptional in their help and support in a recent auction sale! Totally knowledgeable, professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thank you! We really valued your help and support in every aspect of the process.

I would highly recommend. Excellent communiciation and a very professional service throughout the entire process made it really easy.

Absolutely first class service from my first telephone call enquiring through to completing the sale. I had one main point of contact, Rachel, who expertly guided me through the whole process, giving excellent advice . The suggestion to offer an attractive guide and reserve price succeeded in attracting a lot of interest and an excellent sold price.
The house I sold is tenanted with a tenant who was anxious about me having to sell the house and a special thank you for the sensitive way in which Rachel communicated with my tenant, putting her at ease.

Great efficient service from Dean and the team.
Happy to use auction house again after our first experience and we would recommend.
Thank you

I have sold a number of my own houses in the past but never through the auction process. It was my brother's property which had become run-down and he was justifiably anxious about putting it up for auction. Dean, from The Auction House, was open, frank and realistic from the start and gave me great confidence throughout the process. The turn-around was efficient, prompt and the advertising to prospective buyers was impressive, attracting a number of interested parties. Although I was concerned about the reserve price being worryingly low, Dean was correct in his prediction as the property sold for more than half as much again. My brother was delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend Dean and his team and I would have no hesitation about using The Auction House again.

Highly professional service. I was given a key contact or account manager and they were pro-active in keeping in touch and advising on progress. My property went through two auctions (it was in a terrible state). In the first auction it didnt reach the reserve price, but second time around it went for a price beyond highest expectations. I am very pleased with the outcome and happy to recommend this company. An auction can be a daunting experience, but Auction House gained my trust and we had a happy ending.

Professional service provided by Dean and his team, good communication, well presented information in a timely manor which made the house sale go smoothly. The auction was very successful returning a value far higher than we had expected. Very pleased with the service and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
