During a very difficult time of my uncle passing away, we put his property up for auction via Auction House - Kent and Essex branch. Andrew and his team could not have offered a better service - they were incredible. Great advice and expertise were offered by the team including valuation. Communication was very open, clear, and constant throughout the process. I was invited to watch the auction online.
