Pro Shred - Whey Protein Concentrate from Atomic Muscles is one of the best supplement I ever purchased. I tried both flavors i-e Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream, and both are delicious. It is budget friendly and with 19.5 gm protein, BCAAs and Glutamine this whey protein powder works best. I can see the results within 6 weeks, lean muscles gains and more strength with awesome energy. Undoubtedly best Made In Pakistan Whey Protein. Great fitness supplement in very affordable price.

Okay so if you have been trying to find…

Okay so if you have been trying to find reliable whey protein in Pakistan you already know how frustrating it gets. Half the imported stuff is either fake labels or priced so high it makes no sense. What got me with Atomic Muscles is that it is a proper homegrown whey protein Pakistan brand, like you can actually verify it. DRAP enlisted, halal certified, lab tested locally, none of that vague stuff. 34 servings per bag and it comes in both Chocolate and Vanilla which is a nice touch because variety actually matters when you are using something daily. Got mine delivered to Lahore in 3 days, free shipping as well. Two months in and muscle recovery is better, size difference is visible. If you are still going for overpriced imports at this point I genuinely do not know what to tell you.

Months of searching and every time I…

Months of searching and every time I looked up protein powder price in Pakistan, the same story. Imported brands sitting at Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 15,000. Not happening on a student budget in Karachi. My gym buddy suggested Atomic Muscles Pro Shred whey protein and I figured why not. Genuinely surprised. Quality holds up, 19.5g protein per scoop, DRAP enlisted, halal, no fillers. Six weeks in and my recovery after leg day is noticeably better. Should have found this sooner.
