This the first time (since my stroke) I have used Home Dental. I cannot speak more highly of their service. They are efficient, easy to use, courteous and highly professional. Highly recommended.

I have had a visit from Patrizia and Hawraa (High Wycombe) today and they were truly wonderful. From start to finish they were friendly, informative and a delightful company. I am very anxious about the dentist and they made me feel relaxed, listened to me when I needed to stop and gave me plenty of time to feel comfortable. Thank you!!

Excellent Home Dental Service
The home dental team were professional, respectful, and reassuring throughout. They explained everything clearly, step by step, and took the time to discuss treatment options so I always felt informed and involved.
They adapted excellently to my home environment, which was especially important as my husband is housebound. The care was delivered with sensitivity, efficiency, and real attention to detail.
Overall, this service was excellent and first-class. I would highly recommend the home dental team to anyone needing dental care at home

I tried to book an appointment and was told I would get a call back from Laura.
I had no call.
I called again and was told I would get a call back from Aisha.
I had no call.
I did receive an email from Aisha saying call us back to book a private appointment or put your name on the NHS waiting list which is 8 weeks long. I sent a return text saying I have no income, only benefits, please put me on the NHS list.
I then got a call from an older lady to say I needed to show the dentist an exemption certificate. This is not something the NHS does anymore as it just depends on your benefits.
The lady then said they had used up all the NHS slots and I had to wait until the new financial year in April and call back then to book an appointment.
I have sent her the information I received from the DWP as she needed to know what it would be filed under for the audits. If it was wrong I would be fined.
All very confusing and serviceless.

This is the second visit to my Mum. The team arrived within the time frame agreed and got straight on with Mum's review. Hannah and her assistant (sorry don't remember her name) were friendly yet very professional and tidied up afterwards. Admin was also spot on.
Would totally recommend this service and the team for anyone needing at home dental support as they really take the pressure off travelling to a immobile dental practice. 😇😇😇

I am a globally published magazine model who prefers to keep my name out of local companies. I had an appointment booked for tomorrow afternoon with At Home Dental for some urgent treatment as I have been dealing with 2 infected teeth and one that has been needing a root canal as well as another that has cracked. I have been in a lot of pain daily because of local Dental Neglect from various sectors, and with my registered Dentist not being available until Jan I had relied on this shambles of a company to fix some issues until I could get to see someone. I spoke to what I presumed to be the manager today who was rude, judgemental when I told her there was something wrong with my home phone, wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, and kept forcing me to reveal my private information that I am not obliged to give out. She gaslit me several times on the phone and tried to make out I was being deceitful when I had previously explained the nature of my previous job and therefore my RIGHT to use a different name. I had experienced this company before during Covid times and had been at my worst with Fibromyalgia and couldn’t get out much, had not seen anyone the week prior to having the Dentist attend and within the same day to the day after, caught a really bad flu/cold and sore throat. The Dentist didn’t do any work, just checked around and told me I needed work done, and so I felt uneasy about having to pay for very little. I refused, which is my right. I was brave enough after that ordeal to make another appointment yet because of this companies neglect and making things deliberately difficult for me as a patient willing to pay for good service when I can, I’ve had no real work done on my teeth the past few years that I have very much needed. Companies like yours At Home Dental care far too much about your own tolerances, which are over sensitive, and very little about patient care! I wasn’t going to write this review but I was so taken aback by the hostility of the woman I spoke to caring so much about covering up this companies corrupt policies, demeaning my needs, and lying about me being ‘derogatory to her company’ and subjecting me to an interrogation style attack, I feel the Devon public need to know! Thank you At home Dental for only waiting A COUPLE OF DAYS before my appointment tomorrow only to cancel! Lazy and badly run company. I demanded my pre payment back, and had to hang up on her. Disgusting!! People of Devon, these Dental Companies are literally cancelling appointments and not caring for us as Patients anymore!

We use At Home Dental for our care home and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the reception team who efficiently organise the bookings to the dental team who visit us, everything runs smoothly. At Home Dental provide an excellent, professional service — we highly recommend them!
A professional, painless and very satisfactory experience.
I was very impressed by the service I received. I was kept informed about the team’s punctual arrival. They quickly set up their equipment and explained the procedure they would follow
I remained seated in my chair and the clinician examined my teeth noting their condition and any previous fillings and crowns.
He identified two teeth needing fillings, one a deep hole. As it is a front tooth he advised it should be filled not extracted. It had been filled previously, the filling was broken and caries had developed. It was necessary to drill out the remains of the broken filling and clean out the caries. This was done painlessly; the filling he used would inhibit caries. The same material was used on the other tooth.
He told me that oral hygiene is not necessary so long as I brushed my teeth twice daily.
A long story but worth telling to demonstrate the very high standard of treatment I received, reinforced by a 12 month guarantee and provided at a very reasonable cost.

I never had a reply from this execrable company despite twice submitting an online form nearly a fortnight ago; I should be surprised but given the general standard of customer service in this benighted country I am not. The fact there is no telephone number on their website should have been ominous enough for me.
I would strongly advise against any dealings with this "company. "
Excellent Dental Service!
Really pleased with the service provided for my mother and delighted she could be treated in her bedroom at her nursing home as travelling is exhausting for her. Both members of staff were lovely and we are so glad that her dental requirements have been met
No consultation yet charged
Our elderly service user was left without her consultation and been charged a sixty pounds for nothing just becaue the Denatal team did not follow instructions to ensure access to the property. This is unfair for a velunarble adult who has lost their independence and relies on social services funds for care, yet paid from pocket for this and got no service in the end.
At Home Dental in a nursing home
My wife is in a nursing home and was visited by At Home Dental yesterday. The service we had was excellent with the dentist explaining the issues with my wife's teeth and outlining how to help in the future. She was sensitive, caring and professional as she examined her mouth. The assistant also offered very helpful advice about oral care. I can totally recommend this service.

My mum cant get to the dentist so this service comes to her in the Care Home ! Fabulous company -she pays the subsidised payment plan by direct debit and I am very impressed - despite all her ailments her teeth are very important to her and I am so glad to find you x

My mother is in a care home and we first came across At Home Dental via the home. Every three months, we are informed as to the time of the visit the next day, the team arrive absolutely on the dot and deal with my mother with sensitivity, efficiency, humour and patience. I think this is an amazing service and have now reviewed her annual subscription for four visits a year without any hesitation. This is a brilliant service!
After setting up membership we were fobbed off
After setting up membership we were told in writing that they would be returning to my mothers care home within two weeks..They didn’t.
This is what originally made us sign up and the (ONLY) reason..as it (seemed) to be a prompt service but they didn't return and instead said they would be back in 4 weeks. So, we wait four weeks and I have received a cancellation WITHOUT 24 hours notice only to be re booked in another 3 weeks! Making the wait time nearly 2 months! Complete contradiction of what it is supposed to be..Tried to speak to management but was met with an arrogant remark of "well you have registered now" and they couldn’t even provide any information on that..completely unprofessional and a waste of time and money. Good little gig you have going here I wonder how many other people got the same treatment after scheduling the appointments.. Waste of my elderly mothers time and money and back to square one..Thanks for nothing. I have cancelled my direct debits as it was the easiest way to prevent paying for a service that hasn't delivered anything. All the praise comments are obviously from the people that they put ahead of my mother.
Wonderful care and understanding
Thank you so much for all your care and understanding for my husband Frank Lander in our home. We are both extremely satisfied with the service and look forward to welcoming them in six months time. Excellent service. Will certainly recommend.
Appalling service!
So the dentist could not find my address and called for directions. Everytime I tried speaking to guide her to my house, she spoke over me!. Before she even arrived she showed herself to be rude and arrogant!
First appointment was not good. She did not know how to use her own computer and the plastic circle for xrays got broke twice. I had to have 3 times more the amount of xrays than necessary because the equipment kept breaking and the dentist didnt know how ro work her computer!
Second visit was supposed to be to do extractions but the first visit filled me with so much anxiety and dreadful that I asked not to have them done and only opt for a scale and Polish. It was extremely painful. The dentist put in her notes that she let me have breaks. This is a lie. I was pushing her hands away and she was pushing her hands against mine to carry on. I started to disassociate and switched into a child personality . I tried explaining the slimyness of her gloves on my face along with the pain she was causing was triggering to me, yet again she ignored me and carried on. I again tried to explain that it felt like a replication of abuse as a child and she rudely told me she did not need to hear that yet she continued to traumatise me. I DID NOT GO INTO DETAILS like the receptionist implied!! After carrying on pushing her hands away and becoming more and more hysterical she said "i cant do the treatment like this!" She stopped and left within minutes practically ran out my house without payment. 20 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to run away!! The third time she wanted an appointment with me because apparently she 'had to see me sign a referral form' ..i tried to cancel her coming to my house but reception did not accept my cancellation. I was at this point terrified of the dentist and the home dentist service. She still came to my house. I was having seizures and unable to speak. So my live in carer opened the door to her and explained I was unable to talk. He was gaslit by Subuee the dentist who told my carer how difficult it was for her to come to my address. He then told her how I tried to cancel her coming but it was not accepted or cancelled. She had another moan about how hard it was to come out to me! She left the referral forms with my carer and told him to get me to fill them in and post them back. So to 'see me sign that paperwork' was also a lie!! Weeks later and still being harassed with calls for the remainder balance for treatment i did not recieve! Threatening email also saying if i did not pay it, 'they would use other means to get the payment'.. i rang them in tears believing they were sending bailiffs to me! My regular carer was back this morning and helped me to call them, purely to vocalise my anger and disgust with the treatment and service as a whole. I payed the balance just so I would NEVER have to have them in my house or life, harassing and bullying me EVER again. I do not recomend this service to anyone vulnerable or who has anxieties because they left me in such a traumatised state they should be reported!! . I would hate for anybody to experience what I have at their hands. APPALLING AND DISGRACEFUL !!!

Disgusted. My Aunt who is 89 had an examination on Tuesday.
On Thursday we got this. 2 days and they say “urgent action” will be taken.
Give us a chance. She’s in a care home. We work. We can’t always get around to things immediately. How about stating the email saying if you have made payment already apologies.
