I have been unable to transfer my domain from atakdomain.com to another registrar, for a close to a week, it is still awaiting approval, I have opened a ticket but no response for close to a week now, I have messaged them on twitter and Facebook but no response. They are still holding my domain without releasing it to the receiving registrar for close to a week

Not able to access member dashboard and change DNS
I had registered domain but later when I wanted to change DNS, their system is not working and not able to see my dashboard. There is a message coming that "Please Wait, Approval Expecting". and doesn't move forward after putting in login credentials. ATAK team kindly check the issue asap.

IS A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BUY. I bought two domains and they have been on the waiting list for more than 60 days. I have asked for a refund and they won't give it to me. I told them that I will write negative reviews if they don't give me the refund and they deleted my support ticket. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. BAD EXPERIENCE.

As you know, some domain extensions are purchased with documents.
If you open a ticket with your domain address, the tickets are answered within 1-48 hours. For your information.
Beware - These people are thieves!
Beware - this company is a fraud! I was charged for a domain name which they did NOT register and in the meantime it was registered by someone else. I have asked for a refund - 14 days have passed and STILL NO REFUND!!! They are fraudsters!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

This is the second time I've followed the instructions, trying to get this damn transfer code. But, all this is to no avail. Your system does not send a code! The box is empty! Not even spam! Only, sometimes advertising comes from you and polite sly apologies and empty false promises.
For a whole month I have been experiencing terrible mental pain because of the resentment against your attitude towards me and because of the lawlessness both on your part and on the part of the state mafias.
I have already asked you many times: "Why is it so difficult to send personally (with your sweaty hands) this transfer code? Dozens of other registrars do it. This is just two dozen letters and numbers and signs."
There is only one answer: Greed-Greed-Greed! And more ... impunity.
Tomorrow I'm starting an aggressive Facebook attack on your rude attitude towards the client! My patience of your bullying is over.
