According to ICANN's policy, a domain will remain in a grace period for 30 days after it expires. During this grace period, you can transfer your domain. However, this terrible registry will stop sharing the EPP code with you even before your domain expires. If you manage to beg them for the EPP code, they will lock your domain and stop responding to your emails. You won’t be able to transfer your domains anywhere.

For God's sake, stay away from this awful registry; they will not let you transfer your domain. I have submitted over 50 emails and 25 tickets, but they are refusing to respond.

I have had about 7 account with ATAK over the past two years, for example, TonyBrown.md. ExpertWitness.md. VirtualClinic.md. The sites work wonderfully. My only consistent problem is that none of my credit cards seem to work any more for buying or renewal. Their team seems nice enough, but never really seems to solve the problem. I am unable to pay for MDBrain.md, MDSpace.md; and MDLegal.md

They solved my problem. They are trying to help i understand but ticket system should work 24/7. They are not working at the weekends so it is not good for emergency situations.

Не советую связываться, подкупило что домен бесплатно дают при оплате хостинга. В итоге DNS сменить не могу на свои - выдает ошибку, а с их DNS домен не заработал спустя 10часов после активации, поддержка молчит уже более 5часов..

This is awfull. 5 hours I was waiting support answer. There no people. And now nobody going to answer. If you want to feel that somebody steals your time ALWAYS buy domains on atakdomains.

another hoster and registrar that explicitly works only for criminals. Abuse reports are only responded to after days.... and they play dumb. then you wait for weeks and nothing happens....all reported illegal and fraudulent websites are still online.
there is no "customer service"

I have gotten the worst support from them. I am totally disappointed. Never buy more services and never recommend them to others.

ordered a domain (.family) from them.
paid 28$ for 1 year.
dns and domain didnt work, so i opened a ticket with them.
they closed it the next day.
so i reopened it again.
they closed it again.
this went on for a few days, then they sent me an email and wanted another 453$ from me?!

im glad i paid with paypal, so i got my 28$ back (and lost only around 5 hours of my time and a lot of nerves)

support has been not as expected. not replying to tickets.

Using this service was my biggest mistake, no jokes. Why is that?

Firstly, bulk NS management DOESN'T EVEN EXIST on this service – I had to manage all 100+ domains manually + the site had long freezes, so it really took me an eternity to (almost) complete a simple NS change.
Why almost?

Because Atak simply BANNED my account while I was doing that. I tried to reach their support a couple of times, but they have a highly unresponsive support. I received only an automatic response to my request to restore my account… and that's all! Cool, right? :)

Basically, they banned me for no reason, and now I can't even restore the access to my account.

Btw, NO REFUND was offered to me (of course, the support is silent)! I can't return my money for all those 100+ domains I ordered!!!!!

I HIGHLY don't recommend you to order from Atak. It's a complete scam!!!!

Purchased domains "waiting for documents" already about 2 weeks, i cant upload any file.

Nobody answers on phone. Nobody answers on tickets.

In the review comments they said, that everything works fine but it isn't

It takes too long time making a respond to a ticket at Atak and resolving issues. I do not recommend this hosting company.

EXPERIENCE OF NEARLY 100 DOMAINS. The prices of AtakDomain are cheaper than cheeky Godaddy and FraudyHostinger. AtakDomain doesn't store your card information which is a plus point but some serious problems are as follows;
1- Support is not provided on phone in English (Turkish only)
2- No chat support is available
3- Tickets are not addressed on weekends, national holidays and events.
4- A VERY KNOWN ERROR OF ATAKDOMAIN IS WHEN YOUR CARD IS 3D SECURE AND AFTER SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT REDIRECT, YOUR DOMAIN WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED UNLESS YOU WAIT FOR MONDAY 9AM - 5PM and expect response on your ticket.
5- AtakDomain never replies to your ticket, they simply close the ticket if (THEY THINK) the issue is resolved.
6- You will never get a reply on any email (provided on contact page)
7- Nameservers change propagation takes around 24 hours, which in case of Z.com, Godaddy or Namecheap only takes few minutes.

This is not an ordinary review, it has come from an experience of nearly 100 domain registrations with them. I run my agency and we've worked with them over years and experienced the same problems over and over with no change in AtakDomain's behavior.

Never ever use this company for anything - had problem with hosting - they activated more than a week, then the stole my money for domain registration - domain was never registered but money was charged. Support is not existent. They close tickets without answering them. Simply atakdomain.com - is the worst hosting and domain company in the whole world!

The issue is solved now .
In past I pay via my card but domain not booked they are totally scam never recommend to any one to purchase domain from them.

I registered a domain name from atakdomain and paid my money successfully, money was removed from my bank account but unfortunately when I log into atakdomain dashboard, the domain says that not paid (waiting for payment) yet I paid I contacted then via Facebook, via ticket support , via emails and other means but they don't reply.... Am afraid Atakdomain is a serious SCAMMER I don't recommend them any more...
