Astra Straps Arvostelua 1 907

Tried to cancel the order within 35 mins of purchase. The support said the delivery was already in progress and would honor return after delivery. The delivery took 12 full days. After delivery, the support is not responding to any return request - complete pin drop silence despite 3 reminders over 2 days. Opened the packet out of despair and the strap is of ultra cheap quality. Total scam.

Update 18-Mar-2026: They gave me a generic reply without any details on the actual return or refund. They also posted a reply to me on here which doesnt make sense because I have been emailing to support at astrastraps.ca and not getting any replies. They also closed the support ticket today unceremoniously without any resolution of my issue.

Update 20-Mar-2026: I recieved full refund. I am upgrading the rating from 1 star to 5 stars as they refunded in full and not partially. I wanted to reserve a star for the hassle and time spent on this issue but I got the desired resolution in the end, 5 stars well deserved.

I’ve purchase a number of straps and they have arrived quickly and have been exactly as expected. I will be purchasing more!!

I love the quality of these straps and the price point is great. I’ve ordered a few versions and I love having options to pair with various outfits! Highly recommend Astra Straps! (Plus it’s WAY better than giving Apple more money 😏)

Was looking for a more flexible strap for my iWatch. Stumbled across this website and gave it a try. Love the band! Delivery was quick and ordering was pain free.

Purchased a strap as a gift. My wife did not like it so I requested to return and refund. After getting several offers which I did not want (replacement), I finally relented and accepted the 50% refund. This was Feb 20th. I have yet to see the refund and have been effectively ghosted. So my conclusion is the refund policy is not worth the virtual ink it’s written with.

Edited March 12 - after a couple follow ups I’ve now received my refund. I’ve changed the rating to 3 stars. The actual straps look like decent quality, so I can’t fault the product

EDIT/UPDATE - it gets better. I just looked down at my bedroom wall and found the 3D watch cover attached to my baseboard. didn't even know it had fallen off so that's just great for keeping my watch screen protected. UGH..

very long delays hearing back from customer support. I bought 2 different types of watch screen protectors - the Petivi style has to be removed to charge the device (the site didn't indicate this) and after a couple of weeks I found the screen was less responsive - unknown if related to the Petivi. the "alere 3d" watch cover keeps lifting /bubbling. I posted 2 star reviews but neither appears on their site so they only post 4 and 5 star reviews. I indicated I would like to return the Petivi and I've had no response yet (couple days). currently I'm out about $60+ taxes

also - on my 2nd order I was sent a tracking number from Australia Post (I'm in Canada) then 2 different numbers, one wasn't active & the other indicated the item came from China.

The quality of the bands are great. Shipping takes extra long. It was almost a month from my order that I actually received the items.

Beautiful leather band for my watch. Quick processing and shipping

I bought 3 bands for a Samsung Galaxy 5 pro. I got one leather with magnetic hold and it is surprisingly strong enough to get thru a normal day around the office, now I work in an office as well as the pool deck and I did not wear that band in the water and I honestly don't ever plan to spend a lot of time in the pool with that band but I'll update if something happens otherwise I think it was a very good choice. I also got a green fabric band with Velcro and I just put this one on but so far it is very comfortable and secure I'll let you know more when it gets wet. And the last one I got has been my favorite by far it is a stretchy white with all the rainbow colors on it I like it because it is stretchy but also very secure. I really like the clasp that is on it. There are no magnets or Velcro it is a neat and very secure clasp that holds tight. I've been wearing that band the most (everyday for the last 26 days )and it hasn't got loose or started to fade in anyway even after being in the chlorine pool every day. I also found that it was very easy to change out the bands they clip together very easily.

Now looking at the most recent reviews, I'd wish I'd given this company a very wide birth, never again. Please don't make the same mistake.

Received the item, but didn't like it. The buckle was too bulky and rubbed my wrist so wanted to return it. Like another reviewer said, I've had countless messages back and forth trying to not let me send the band back (you got to ask yourself why!).

First email offering pay us £10 more and will send another band of your choice (and keep original), I said no I want to return the item for a refund. Then got a further message 30% refund, said no to that, then 50%, I said no thanks. I then said okay give me 70% and it's a deal otherwise give me your return address (which again seem to reluctantly to give for some reason) now I've not had a reply (Sherwin was the contact at the company).

Looking at all these reviews leads me to think these guys are to be avoided at all costs. They DO NOT honour their return policy although they preach how amazing it is if there's ever a problem. Family business, celebrity recommend, blah, blah yeah right. DO NOT BUY.

I will be contacting my bank, like another reviewer did to see what they can do. Probably nothing, but hey.
