Pissy about returns
The product itself is better quality than a lot of what is available elsewhere (on Amazon, for instance) but not as good as what you get as original equipment or from manufacturer of watch itself. However shipping is slow and they definitely get "pissy" about returns.

Would avoid Astra Straps at all costs.
I wish I checked the reviews before buying - I ordered a watch strap but accidentally ordered it in the wrong size. So I re-ordered one in the correct size, and contacted them to return the first watch. They have since sent 6 emails trying to get me to keep the watch strap that doesn’t fit despite me responding each time saying the only thing i want is a return and refund! It isn’t professional and it has now made me extremely weary of this company & I have filed a dispute. After more research and reading reviews I have found exact items they have for sale on AliExpress and other dropship sites for £4-£7.

Very poor quality products and zero customer service
Very poor quality products and terrible customer service. Ordered two watch screen protectors one was broken in two places when it arrived which looking at them isn't surprising as they are extremely poor quality. I requested a refund and i am still in a battle with them as they seem very reluctant to refund me and are now saying I need to return it to Asia using tracked postage even though I bought it from the UK instead they want me to accept a 30% refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Fake shipping notifications and no delivery
- 15th Feb: I placed an order for my wife's birthday (2nd March)
- 18th Feb: Received a shipment notification with a Yodel tracking number.
- 25th Feb: I asked for an update and was told by customer services that the item had been shipped and was on its way, but no further ETA could be provided.
- 2nd March: Birthday came and went - no strap, no present :(
- 10th March: I received an email from Astra Straps to say the order was actually never sent in the first place ... apparently because the item wasn't in stock!
I have no idea how or why a false shipment notification was sent. And clearly if they had told me originally I would have been able to order an alternative in time.
Very frustrating.

After banging up my previous Apple Watch
After banging up my previous Apple watch, I decided to get a snap on protective cover and screen. Astra straps had what I wanted. It's great, somewhat slower than Amazon to receive, but worth the wait (of a couple of extra days in transit - not much). It does the job well. Stays put, looks good and protects my new watch!

Astra Strap Bad Customer Service
You have to report a problem within 12 hours of receiving the merchandise once I told them that the watchband was too wide for the watch which they recommended for the series 1042 mm Apple Watch. They insisted on seeing a photograph.. now that I’ve given them the photograph showing them that the band is too big for the watch. Now they want a video and then they’re gonna decide what they’re gonna do. Just buying experience with them has been extremely inconvenient. It’s obvious it doesn’t fit and I’m asking for a refund.

Scam support and return policy
Tried to cancel the order within 35 mins of purchase. The support said the delivery was already in progress and would honor return after delivery. The delivery took 12 full days. After delivery, the support is not responding to any return request - complete pin drop silence despite 3 reminders over 2 days. Opened the packet out of despair and the strap is of ultra cheap quality. Total scam.
Update 18-Mar-2026: They gave me a generic reply without any details on the actual return or refund. They also posted a reply to me on here which doesnt make sense because I have been emailing to support at astrastraps.ca and not getting any replies. They also closed the support ticket today unceremoniously without any resolution of my issue.
Update 20-Mar-2026: I recieved full refund. I am upgrading the rating from 1 star to 5 stars as they refunded in full and not partially. I wanted to reserve a star for the hassle and time spent on this issue but I got the desired resolution in the end, 5 stars well deserved.
