Order and payment went smoothly

Order and payment went smoothly. I ordered Reta for the first time from Astra this month after switching from another provider/source.Came and was delivered the next day,and receiving emails with updates too.Looking forward to seeing if it is potent as other companies,but every faith.

just abit disappointed i didnt get any free products after reading these reviews as some others seem to have when theyve ordered :-(

Not the first time using Astra

Not the first time using Astra, ordered before and was very happy with the quality, so placed a larger order this time around. Site is easy to use, straight forward simple payment method, discreet packaging and super fast delivery service. Will see how the quality is again second time around, but very happy so far, and would recommend.

My order has been out for delivery since Friday 4th. I emailed to inform Astra and they told me to go and collect the parcel myself from the depot near me (collecting a parcel I’ve paid to be delivered) Royal Mail have now confirmed the parcel is lost. Which I appreciate isn’t Astras fault.

Can I please now get a refund to purchase my items elsewhere or resend the items. It’s only a £40 order which I appreciate isn’t big money but I was recommended you guys to use regularly so depending on how this is resolved will decide if that’s still going to be the case
