Provided life insurance information in a clear and concise manner. The digital policy package provided was well organized and easily understood.

They never sent my prepaid card. I appreciate what they helped me with. But the card would have really helped this Senior who is caring for her grandchild

I called to set up my daughter with dental and they set her up with 2 different insurance because they was supposed to cancel 1. I didn't know it until 6 months later and they are refusing to talk to me to refund my money and refuse to let me talk to a supervisor

I felt comfortable talking to him like he was one of my kids. A down home guy with a heart of gold i could relate to. Very informative with my millions of questions and very kind. Final life decisions are a subject some of us do not want to face. After ending our conversation, i had a smile upon my face and such peace of mind that i knew i did something good today for myself and my family. I'm on ssi and I haven't received my check

I called for a quote the third question was did anyone smoke in the home, Red flag number one. Another question was about my beloved dogs, Red flag number two. Another about our kids trampoline and kiddie pool. Ha Ha what a joke of an insurance company. Well let's just say if you go with this company you might have nothing but heartache if God forbid you have an emergency or misfortune. I would advise everyone to stear clear of this kind of company. They refuse to even ensure you if your credit score isn't great. So if you are poor or less fortunate I would advise you to keep shopping. They will use every excuse in their legal loop holes to get out of covering whatever they can get out of. Customers Beware.
