I have a fault with my vape which this company chooses to ignore. Multiple emails, they did at least send a new tank to try but this didn’t fix the issue. Now I get no communication despite trying to... Näytä lisää

All OK now
After a tank leak I was sent a new tank. Still leaked then had the misfortune to drop my ecig. Cracked the Pyrex and had to replace. Made sure all parts were tightened before adding oil. Works like a treat now. I'm not advocating breaking your tank deliberately, just make sure everything is tightened and snug before adding oil.
Have a Pegasus Mini BTW
