I have a fault with my vape which this company chooses to ignore. Multiple emails, they did at least send a new tank to try but this didn’t fix the issue. Now I get no communication despite trying to get in touch. Vape within warranty.very frustrating.

After trying to contact aspire by phone and email and getting nowhere I’m leaving this review
Delos 3 glass tanks cracked, not one but three on the trot lasting about 4 hours. I was told that this was unusual. Now they won’t answer the phone or email. Very poor customer service

Aspire have a great team, super fast, quality products, and very helpful. Very pleased with Mike and the team, the products and speed of delivery. Top team, always a pleasure!

I have purchased two Aspire ecigs. One from a local vape shop and one from Amazon. The first lasted about 12 months until the charge port fell out. I thought fine, things happen. I purchased a second one as, apart from the port issue it was great, however the second one had the same issue after four months. I’m not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or I have just been unlucky!

I have used Aspire products for a few years now and have usually found them great. Last week I ordered a new Flexus stik to update my existing one. When it arrived it was faulty and refuses to charge. The returns process is like pulling teeth and has totally put me off buying any more Aspire products. Shame really, as I'd always recommend them to people before.

Recently purchased 2 Aspire Gotek Pro vapes, it was stated that the battery lasts up to 2 days, then can someone please tell me why the 2 I have purchased, the battery doesn't even last an hour let alone 2 days. VERY disappointed with this product.

Just put in an order and I hope it comes after reading this review. I am disabled.

I have a Gotek X vape, it’s a good little vape that gives you a good flavour coming through, the only thing is I’ve now had to buy 3 in the last 6 months, there is no warning just stops working

i am giving it 5 stars as the customer service was second to none, my order didn't arrive so i sent an email, to which they replied and then the following day they rang me, offered to send it again recorded delivery and i got my order the next day, i cant comment on the e-cig as yet as i have only just got it, but its very rare you get customer service like that.

I bought the Aspire Zelos Nano directly from the Aspire website, expecting a reliable device. Unfortunately, the battery life is terrible—it barely lasts half a day, even with light to moderate use. For the price, this is incredibly disappointing.

When I first tried to return it, Aspire wouldn’t accept the return because I didn’t have the original box. Now that I’ve finally found it, I’ve been trying to reach their support team again, but they’re not responding to my messages.

Overall, I’m very unhappy with both the product and Aspire’s customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from their site if you’re looking for quality or support.

I have been using Aspire vapes for years and always swore by them - until I recently bought 2 Aspire Oniix vapes. Absolutely awful. They leak at every filling. The only way to avoid leakage is to fill it only halfway, which means I'm filling the tank every hour or so. I've looked at the YouTube videos and searched on Google but can't solve the leak problem . I have been asked to include further information but no idea what information is required! I bought the vapes from an Ebay seller. FOLLOW ON NOTE. I received an illogical reply from Aspire saying my complaint should be directed to the Ebay seller. The Ebay seller doesn't produce these vapes so he can't be blamed - he is only the product seller. The items came in sealed packs!

Have tried calling (messages left) and an email, no response. I wish to discuss an issue with my order. I will not be using them again.

I've been using Aspire for about 2years now. Never had a problem with delivery and the customer service has always been brilliant, they always accommodate me even when it's a last min order.
