I had this account since 2020 I received a settlement and as soon as it was deposited into my account $126,000 went missing. The statement that I received on my phone is not the same statement that they have on their end and I found that out when I called to ask why my account had no money there’s no way in hell that I have receipts for everything and I couldn’t get help they told me there was no money missing. Although they’re the ones that admitted that there was a statement different from the one I can see to what they could see immediately after I showed them that it showed the balance being wrong after the deposit They typed up some BS letter, showing some a different amount than what they gave me on the statement and closed my claim that they didn’t even give me a claim number & didn’t actually try to investigate They just gave me the runaround. Don’t bank with them they are just a bunch of thieves.

Aspiration is a very unique company. Their customer service is excellent. I love that you tell them how much you want to pay for their service and that by joining the tree program. Every month they'll tell you how many trees you planted, it's a great program!

Only difficulty is it isn’t easy to get to talk to a person. You have to go through a maze to get to a connection to talk to a person.

This bank used to be awesome but has since gone seriously downhill the past few years. The customer service reps used to be English speakers, but now are impossible to understand. It takes them half a month to send a new debit card if it’s lost. Today I even had a representative turn off my debit card after I specifically said not to do that bc I’m a single mom and my child needed to get food. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a representative.

My customer service rep was fantastic. However, being made aware that Aspiration is incompatible with GoFundMe was unthinkable. After two years with this bank, I will be getting a card at a different one that allows me to donate to those in need. I've had to resort to venmoing friends who can donate for me. It's absurd.

Absolutely unacceptable quality of customer service. I've been repeatedly calling and monitoring my emails for the mysterious "email regarding this matter containing the instructions to unlock my account" for weeks now.

I don't why I chose to use Aspiration as my main banking institution but PLEASE BEWARE before you wind up like so many other people. Completely screwed by being locked out of your own account. The Philippines based called center "support" is nothing short of the bare minimum of care.
