Fantastic experience with Frederick. Friendly, efficient and always willing to go the extra mile.

I absolutely do not believe that your company responded so quickly and even arranged a refund.

Great service from Ben getting our contract set up & correspondence throughout

I met with Ben, from Ash Waste Services, and he is very professional, informative and open with the costings of the service provided.
I have started the process of moving over our waste management over to their company, and look forward to a straightforward working relationship.

Phillip came into our facilities managment office and set us up on a fair price and informed us abojt simpler recycling in april 2027 sonwe will be getting a recrycling bin then too.

Thanks Phillip and ASH

I had a really positive experience with Ash Waste Services, and I would especially like to thank Ben Jones, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout.

Ben was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and made the whole process simple and straightforward. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to help with any questions I had. His excellent customer service really stood out.

It’s great to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a good service. I would definitely recommend Ash Waste Services and especially Ben Jones to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Thank you, Ben, for all your help

Excellent service from Frederick the rep. He was professional, friendly and made the whole process quick and straightforward. Great communication throughout and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Massive thanks to Phil from Ash Waste Services who through his in-depth knowledge of the market, has saved Prescot Town Council hundreds of £££ by reviewing our existing waste agreement.

Phil was extremely helpful - not just for reviewing current service provision, but how improvements could be made - and through the dedicated team at Ash Waste Services, has put an agreement in place which betters what we have at a lower rate.

We look forward to working with Ash in the near future.

Phil from Ash was very patient and attentive as we prepared our business to open.
Sorted out our bin quickly and efficiently. Always easy to get hold of and is professional and quick to respond to any issues
