Love it, best upgrade

Excellent customer service, quick responses and solution. Thank you

Had an issue with my wheel base and they responded back right away, diagnosed the issue, and sent me a replacement part. Love this kind of customer service, no hassle and actually helpful. Thanks Asetek!

Grabbed the new Asetek shifter. Got the number 1 of the signature edition. Delivered to Australia in 4 days.
Really happy with it and it carries on the great service and support from Asetek. Special mention to Danni in support who has been great answering questions I have had.

Great support. After sending them the log because i have an issue with the power block, they respond very kickly and send me another power unit without delay.

Fast and good delivery, thx.

I have ordered multiple products from Asetek all of which were very high quality. Specifically the Laprima wheel base and pedals have been amazing for simracing and I highly recommend them. Beyond that though, I've had multiple times were I've had to contact customer service for questions and even times where I've made mistakes on orders. Each time they are prompt in their reply, incredibly helpful, and their responses are clear. I would highly recommend purchasing from Asetek not just for their high quality products, but for their high quality customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent product and, above all, outstanding customer support!

The motor is really good, but what impressed me the most was the support. They are extremely fast to respond, understanding, helpful, and genuinely focused on finding a solution.

The support was so quick and pleasant that it actually put a smile on my face — to the point that I felt like coming here to write this review! 😊

It’s not every day you experience customer service like this.

I highly recommend Asetek, both for the quality of their products and for their excellent support. Keep up the great work! 👏

They handled a partial RMA for me. They took care of issues with the shipping company. Overall good communication and good resolution by their support team. Thank you Asetek!

Eine wirklich TOP Adresse!!!💯

Sehr gute Preis Leistung
Super Support
Toller Produkte

Habe komplette Ausrüstung und bin mega zufrieden!!!

I bought a QR Wheelbase Extension from their webshop, and after fitting it my wheel froze every time I spun out in-game: buttons dead, lights stuck, force feedback still running.

Jens in support took the problem seriously instead of brushing it off. They found a genuine fault in the extension and replaced it. When the problem turned out to have a second cause in the wheelbase, they took that on as well. I was able to visit their HQ in Denmark, where they tested everything and checked my wheel too, which passed. Both Jens and Søren took the time to explain what they were doing and why. In the end they solved it in a way that went far beyond anything I could have expected.

What impresses me most is that a company of this size still manages to keep support personal and decent: they take responsibility, talk to you like a human being, and look for the real cause instead of the easy way out.

To be fair, both were rare faults, and I have never had anything but quality products from Asetek. All hardware can fail, and I was unlucky. But the way they handled both is why I'll never buy anything but Asetek for my rig.

Top notch quality with quick delivery, highly recommended.

Great service. I had a problem with my steering wheel and they fix it on warranty. The customer service team helped me, and the issue was found and resolve. Even if a problem is no fun, Asetek stand behind their products and the customer service did a fantastic job to help me. (I'm not very good at those technologies)

Best service i ever seen, after i bought electronic equipment…

I've had a good experience with their products (Asetek Forte S bundle) and customer service. They are prompt in their responses. Happy to purchase their products again.

Fast and smooth deliviery. Very good quality on the spring. Gives the throttle a more firm feel, the difference was better than expected. Using this spring as on a CRP2 ☺️ Recommended!

it was a perfect comunication and resolving the issue by Danni Fugl, Thank You very much

All good , good seller!

When my order arrived it wasn't working properly contacted customer support and the issue was resolved fairly quickly it was the shipping to Denmark that took the longest. The products are fantastic very high quality and the definition in the wheelbase is amazing!
