Excellent sessions, very clear instructions from Quratulain.

Bhumi Patel has been absolutely incredible and has helped me achieve and complete my goal and rehab. She has been fantastic with passing on knowledge and exercises that have helped me so much and has supported me throughout.

The three phyios i had a maxium business park were extremely informative.

Only fault i could give ascenti is there appointments i dont feel are long enough.

Good knowledge and really helpful with the exercise, has helped my knee get stronger and less painful and I understand how to keep improving. Physio was Samuel Niroo.

The therapist Mariam has been very comforting and helping me through my pain management for my back pain and neck pain. She was caring and her service was excellent. I was very happy with all my sessions with Mariam. Thank you.

Victor was super helpful and helped me get better in less than three weeks.

I have been receiving physio with Victor for my back and knee. I am now pain free and able to touch my toes, ive not been able to do this in along time. Victor is amazing and im so greatful.

My treatment with Quratulain was a positive experience. I felt safe, understood and non judged, respected throughout. My treatment plan was explained concisely and her motivating style enabled me to address my issue successfully. I would highly recommend Quratulain and use her services again, should the need arise.

She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made ne feel at ease
After each treatment session I felt extremely comfortable as I was constantly asked if i was happy with the pressure applied

Very impressed with the service Ascenti provided. Matt from the Finsbury Circus location was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with the programme and his advice during our sessions.

Sanika is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in her practice, and created a treatment plan that gave me quick results in pain relief. I finished my treatment pain free and a better understanding of my body and specific exercise plan to strengthen my muscles. I put off my pain for too long, thinking it wasn’t that bad, I would now instantly book again if I have any other problems. Sanika is professional, calming and kind, very much recommend being treated by her, she made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing.

I would like to recommend Erin the physio, at Winyates, Redditch,on behalf of my wife, she is professional, empathic and a fine example of Acsenti excellence. She had good communication, she felt her concerns were heard and a program was created to be achievable and measurable. She said, she finished feeling confident and in control of her body once again.

I had a great experience with Sanika! She was amazing and helped to fix my wrist pain. The whole experience was very smooth and easy, she explained everything really well and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly and we had lots of fun too!

Was a great experience. Came with a terrible pain on my lower back but the physio and exercise that Samuel Niroo gave me helped to improve and the pain is almost gone.

Ecxellent treatment and Victor was very good at diagnosing my injury and proving advice.

First appointment booked and physiotherapist appears 8 minutes late. 2 weeks later she has still not sent the list of exercises that l am supposed to do. Second appointment she’s 15 minutes late so l walk and at 18 minutes she calls me to apologise. I tell her it’s simply not good enough given this is private treatment and she’s just mirroring NHS standards. Ascenti say they will be in touch. I’ve complained to them twice now and all l have had is some garbled message from an Asian gentleman asking me to book another appointment. There’s absolutely no accountability with this company. Oh and regarding your reply below “we’ll be in touch with you directly “ … now where have l heard this before?
