Great experience. Provided me with the necessary movements to improve my strength, balance and mobility as well as excellent weekly sessions. Ajay was very professional and very friendly, tracked my progress and very helpful along the way. I’ve had such a positive experience with Victor at Fort Dunlop. I originally came in with a really bad shoulder that was causing me a lot of problems, and the improvement I’ve had since starting physiotherapy has been huge. My shoulder feels so much stronger and more stable now compared to when I first came in.

Victor has also been really thorough and picked up on things about the way my joints and body move that I hadn’t realised before. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand why I was having certain problems, rather than just focusing on the pain itself.

He’s always been really friendly and approachable, and I’ve felt completely comfortable during every appointment. He’s also very flexible with the exercises and adapts them depending on how I’m getting on and what works best for me. I can genuinely see and feel such a big difference from when I started, and I’d definitely recommend him!

Ajay has been great with supporting me to achieve a resolution of the issue with my knee. The app to support the exercise programme is really useful. Overall the experience has resolved the issue I had but has also educated me in how best to prevent recurrence. Thank you Ajay.

Regular appointments. Targeted excercises. Justin was very thorough and professional. He was very patient when I felt frustrated I was not making progress. Would highly recommend Samuel in Stevenage. He has been brilliant the last 9 weeks and has really improved my pain. The exercise plan was brilliant and easy to keep to and helped gradually ease the symptoms so that I am now able to run again.

I referred with work and on my assessment I explained my problems and I did share that I have done many times appointments with NHS physiotherapy that just give me exercises that I already know and I would like a more holistic therapy. They said they will offer me more than just exercises. BUT. I had two appointments already and I only got exercises which I already know and 5 mins massage. THIS IS NOT WHAT I SHOULD GET IN PRIVATE PHYSIOTHERAPY.

Really thorough investigation of my situation, I was prescribed with a variety of physio activities WoW and felt an incredible improvement shortly after. The physio doctor was really nice, attentive to my personal situation, super professional and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend a senior physician Quratulain at the London Southgate branch!

Great experience with Gauri recovering from bursitis - easy to follow exercises and a clear plan which resolved my symptoms

I had a wonderful experience with my physio - Shrusti Jadhav - following treatment for tennis elbow. She was very thorough , checked in with me at every stage of the physio to understand my limitations and any pain. Her instructions on home exercises was very clear and she checked my understanding on every exercise she prescribed. As well as being very professional, I also found her to be very warm and approachable.
