SCAMMMMM!!!! I purchase mt5 account and I do not get any credentials!!!! They scam me, they just take money and run away!!!

I hit the profit target on my phase 2 my account got locked I received the email that I have passed but my trade did not close. My trade then reversed and hit daily drawdown but I already passed the account?? I contacted support and did not get any help at all. Poor support just problems on problems

AscendX is a light in a dying industry.

In 2023, I suffered through some of the worst collapses and biggest scams in the industry. Out of respect for AscendX I won't name any other prop firms, but I managed to accumlate approximately 1.8m in funded accounts across 3 different companies; before I could get a payout they all went down and I lost my apartment and found my way scraping back counting pennies with a newly born son and a wife.

In May of this year, 2024, I took my last $500 that I had to spare and bought a 200k account with AscendX. Around that time (end of may) they lost access to MT5; due to all of the PTSD that I had built up I began to worry. I couldn't sleep, I was living on the discord and constantly refreshing my email for any news or updates as to the next steps, given that I had already passed my evaluation. They did come through though. They migrated everybody over to Ctrader within a week of losing MT5; they added compensation on a weekly basis for all of those that were waiting for their MT5 accounts; payouts continued to roll out everyday, the owners were in the Discord on a daily basis conversing with us traders.

There was also an incident in June where Purple Trading (the CTrader broker) was having issues with spreads consistently widening. AscendX purchased a custom bridge to ensure that the spreads remained low and consistent. In order for this bridge to be implemented, we were told that we'd have to close trades early on Friday but that 0.5% compensation was going to be added to our accounts for the lost day. Monday, this compensation was added and our accounts were back up.

Despite the innumerable obstacles that presented themselves during the early months of AscendX's time in the industry, they've overcome each one. Overcompensated their traders, and remained in contact with their traders on a daily basis via Discord.

I am able to put food on the table for my wife and now 2 year old son because of AscendX. I say that and stand on that with no shadow of a doubt. After the fiasco with MFF in september of 2022, the entire prop industry has fallen into shambles with constant rule changes, denied payouts, and firms simply disappearing.

You can be 100% sure that AscendX is the furthest from that. The owners are heavily invested and were already multimillionaires before starting this firm. Now with MT5 coming back, the in-house tech, and growing community, AscendX is my top prop firm today and I am sure that they will quickly become one of the favorites of the industry.

I've had a positive experience with AscendX Capital. Their trading conditions have been excellent, and the customer support has been responsive. The CEO's active involvement is reassuring. I would recommend trying out their services—my experience has been very satisfying

Their gambling rule is that you can not risk more than 3%. I risked 2.9% and my payout got denied I followed the rules and my payout was still rejected.

They are going to say the usual “they can’t find my details in their system” always the best way to get out of replying to a truthful review. To be honest everything was alright at the start wasn’t to fussy but now everything flipped and I don’t even know what is happening now? Payout has been requested over a month ago now $15000 and they still haven’t paid. No communication I think this is starting to be a trend with other traders aswell

8 weeks I have been waiting now to finally get my funded account back after they have lost mt5 and I still do not have an account image being a trader and a prop firm not giving you the account for 8 weeks!

This company is a fraud they take money for the challenges but when it comes to payout they do not want to pay my hard earned money.

I was worried that they were not going to be able to payout because of the big sales they have been promoting for 50% of account deals but I requested my payout they said up to week to process I was approved the following day and the money was sent the next two days. I was told once I followed the rules that I would get my payout and that is what I did, also the support and discord were very quick to answer any of my questions great communication. Looking forward to more payouts and getting more capital with this firm they are my favourite in the industry!! Keep up the great work everyone:)

Said it before I’ll say it again, AscendX capital is the truth. My guy @fury on discord holding it down always late at night and doing the lords work. Helped me through a little issue that was an honest mistake and he had it sorted in mins. He’s a stand up dude. I mean, they all are tbh, but he’s extra rad. Cheers mate !

I'm still working on passing Phase 2, but so far, the conditions have been great. The cTrader platform is good, although they will soon transition to MT5. The pricing is fair, and the profit targets for Phases 1 and 2 are much more achievable compared to other prop firms. Hope they keep getting better and better

My name is Asliddin,email aergashevi**@inbox.ru (so your automatic response will not be like “we can’t find your details bla bla”,when I was purchasing I wasn’t notified that dxtrade platform goes only on website,if I knew I wouldn’t purchase that,it’s hell to trade on the website to login again again and again.I texted to the discord group I didn’t promote any other prop firm or I didn’t blame for something that didn’t happen,I said okay,if I didn’t place any trade can I request refund because I don’t want to waste my time and nervous for website trading,and was told that I can request only on my 1st payout,and was kicked out of the discord group.isn’t it a stupidity?all the propfirms allow traders to request a refund as long as the didn’t place an order,how come you guys are special?All the new traders who want to start to work with them,don’t,don’t waste your time.

Hola esta critica va ser totalmente sincera sin omitir ningun detalle z es para todo aque que quiera entrar en esta compañia sepa lo que le espera, hace 3 meses he comprado un challenge de 50k me tomo 2 meses para pasar las dos fases, y luego otro mes para hacer ganancias y solicitar retiro, 3 meses en total.
Al reclamar mi retiro Espero los 2 dias para que chequearan la cuenta y recibi la malisima noticia de que mi cuenta habia infringido 2 reglas y por tanto la habia perdido, y es que tienen una regla injusta sin sentido de que cada trade debe estar al menos 2 min abierto si se cierra antes infringes las reglas , para mi asombro tambien pierdes la cuenta que me parece muy injusto.
Les reclame pues mi cuenta habia sido comprada sin esta regla injusta y sin sentido y despues de tanto escribirles accedieron a enviarme mi cuenta de Vuelta, PERO CUANDO REVISO BIEN ME HABIAN ENVIADO OTRO CHALLENGE PARA PASAR, esto me enfurecio mas y acabo de perderlo pues claro con toda la ansiedad acumulada por volver a pasarla y no perder 3 meses de mi vida me llevo a hacer trades sin sentidos , en fin mi consejo final si quiere unirse a esta compañia con estas reglas injustas y sin sentidos recuerde bien cumplirlas *que es bien dificil cumplirlas)

Hello, this review is going to be totally sincere without omitting any details. It is for anyone who wants to join this company and knows what awaits them. 3 months ago I bought a 50k challenge, it took me 2 months to pass the two phases, and then another month to make profits and request withdrawal, 3 months in total.
When I claimed my withdrawal, I waited 2 days for them to check the account and I received the terrible news that my account had violated 2 rules and therefore I had lost it, and they have an unfair, meaningless rule that each trade must be at least 2 min open if it closes before you break the rules, to my amazement you also lose count which seems very unfair to me.

updating this: they just block the access to my account, so this means a lot or I'm wrong?
