I passed my account on 15th august and…
I passed my account on 15th august and received live account within 1 day. Upon payout request I received a response and received my certificate within 2 business days and received the funds 1 business day later. With refund had a little issue but the owner managed to sort it out and issue the refund. I can tell this prop firm is going to make big moved.

Great service
Had a great experience with the customer support from Storm and Razi. They were able to fix my issue with minimal problem took a couple of hours but it was late at night and still they were top notch. Would really recommend.

They deny payouts without reason I emailed back the email they sent me for the rejection and they have not got back to me only thing I can do is leave a review and hopefully get a reply here and my issue sorted. I’ve been with this company from the start but by the looks of things everything is starting to go down hill I hope that is not the case but that is what it looks like towards me personal opinion. There has been times where I have been disappointed as things have been half completed and half not completed before with this company and I hope to see a improvement soon

I have read some of the negative…
I have read some of the negative reviews about this company and I can say that they are 100 percent fake. I have used this company many times and I have never had any issues, this is a good company and I have never had payout issues, even though I have lost many accounts I still trust this company and now they are going back to mt5 what more do you want, only thing I don't like is the 4% daily drawdown.

Problems with everything….
Spread bad, commission high, support bad, you can’t tell when you can request payout, payout delays, issues with generating phase 2 account after passing phase 1, rude support. I can go all day what actually works how it’s supposed to here…

As for spreads and commissions. We have one of the best conditions in the industry, and our traders are constantly praising all the changes we are doing.
Additionally, I can't find any information for you in our systems, and I requested information from you via TrustPilot.

This company has a bad reputation. About 70% of people I know had bad experiences with them. Their customer service is very poor. If you get scammed, you can ask your bank for a refund with proof.
I’m sharing this for people who lost their accounts or were treated unfairly.

Goated prop firm
AscendX has to be the best prop firm I’ve ever been with, support team has been excellent and their trading conditions are great; low spreads, no problems with the trading platform. This is my first payout with them and I’m planning on sticking with them as my main prop firm. Follow their rules and you’ll get paid simple as that.

Here I write what I feel like about this firm. I have been trader for 6 year now and this is the worst prop firm I have come across in history I will explain from the start first when I buy challenge they have a few hidden rule where you won’t find this on the FAQ. First I start with if you request payout before the 14 days your payout will be rejected and then you will have to wait another 14 days to request they do not say this anywhere in the faq they do this so they have more time not to pay you. Next problem when you buy challenge I had to talk to customer help because I did not get my login to the platform because they was having problems and support take 2 day to respond to my email I sent after this when I get to phase 2 I did not get any login again so I had to contact support and they tell me again they having problem with account generation and I have to wait it is always wait wait wait just waiting for them delays everywhere. When I come to the payout stage after getting one rejected because I request to early when they don’t even have payout date on dashboard they tell me I have I break trade duration rule and they reject my whole payout also remember that the trade that broke the duration rule I only make profit if 18$ and my payout was over 3 thousand and they reject this they only push discount discount every day they send email to client to tell them they have discount discount 50% off but nothing else. This is joke and funny to see a prop firm do this to clients so I say to everyone reading this be careful because they will find any reason to not pay you and they do this to many people.

200k account 3 days ago, still no info
I paid for a 200k account 3 days ago while they have the 50% discount on, and I haven’t received any details or information after the payment. Not even any type of receipt to say they’ve received the payment and that they’re setting up my account.

Very helpful support after Ctrader problem
I had a problem with CTrader not updating my account correctly, giving my account a false breach.
After my first email, I actually didn't get much help from Ascendx, just a generic email saying daily drawdown resets at 21:00UTC etc, and I felt like they didn't really look into it. (Hence the 4 stars).
But after I provided some more details and screenshots of my trading history, my account was investigated by Amara and Diamond, who were able to re-instate my account.
I have been using Ascendx for a few months now, and this has been my first real issue.
Happy with how it was delt with overall, I believe the problem was with Ctrader and not Ascendx.

You get what you pay for
I think the title best summarizes the experience you will receive at Ascendx. You pay 50% of the price of other firms which mitigates some of the downsides of Ascendx. Some of these negatives are payout times tend to be closer to 7 days including review than other firms which can be same day. (this is getting better I think).
The most frustrating is the payout cycle/day system. At Ascendx you are required to calculate your own payout day, this can change if staff take any holidays which will then extend the payout day. This is not mentioned on the website or terms anywhere and every other firm displays it on a dashboard. If you request payout too early or too late you will be penalized and have to wait another 14 days. (This is essentially a hidden rule, you do not know this until post-purchasing, not a single mention of requesting payout early = penalty anywhere). I feel this rule is only in place to delay payouts and help their cash flow. Why not just display or email when its payout time? Like every other firm. Why add days when staff take holiday even when the day is tradeable?
On top of that is the minimum trading day rule. You are required to trade 4 days within each payout cycle. However they state you can open minimum lot sizes just to pass it? What then is the point of the rule? I can only assume its to create another reason to delay payout.
Now whether these are truly malicious actions or just a new firm dealing with teething issues is yet to be decided. Ascendx do payout. The support is generally quick to respond. The discord is active and community seems strong. So it comes back to the title of this review, you get what you pay for!
I will give benefit of the doubt and hope to see changes made to what I described as the negatives. Good luck to them!

Top notch support team
This is my second review for firm . I had to make this review due to top notch support team. Since my last review team have improved much . U can get payouts as early as 2 days. Maximum days to receive contract is 5 days . But due to team’s constant hardwork now traders are able to receive contract in 1 day. They are brining Mt5 soon like in less than a week and yeah best firm out there.
