International Manufacturing & Shipping
The original order a Cat Picture arrived dented, bent edges, warped. Mailed back to LA., CA. customer service. Second order arrived packaged well but international manufacturer distorted Cat Picture, phrasing on picture scrambled, Cat Picture changed and darker background, Font different thickness. Returning to customer service for management review! I will give 5 Stars to customer service for their continual support trying to solve the problem, and refund of money.

I can see that your first cat picture arrived damaged. You requested a replacement, which was sent to you, but the replacement was different than the first picture.
You then requested a refund which was processed for you as per your request.
I'm happy to hear that you give our customer service 5 Stars, and that your order was promptly refunded.
I'd like to also add that this picture is no longer being sold, and has been removed from ArtZMiami.

Starting to wonder if I have been scammed. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and got 3 tracking numbers. But neither of the 3 tracking numbers are traceable. Only says not found….I keep getting emails about delivery updates and that I can check, however it is not possible to click those links nor see any info about any delivery status…Feels fishy so let’s see what/if customer service responds.

Awesome gift!
The owner of the company I work for lost his wife to cancer a few years back. The last thing they did before she passed was bought dog. He's a cute little black dog that comes into work with him everyday. So when I saw this sculpture I immediately purchased it. Did a little modification and it turned out to be an awesome gift.

Graffiti Frenchi
I ordered the graffiti Frenchie for my daughter, because she has a new Frenchie pup. I was so VERY pleased with it when it arrived. My first purchase from ArtZMiami was the Duck with Attitude sculpture… absolutely excellent! It fits perfectly in the intended place and gets loads of positive comments.
Unfortunately the first one they sent was damaged in the shipping to England but they replaced it immediately and sent a returns label so was hassle free. Totally recommend

Port quality for the money
Firstly, let me begin by saying that the customer service department was actually really good and dealt with my issue fairly and quickly.
However the quality of the product was very poor for the amount they were charging. The item was described as a painted statue and when it arrived it was obviously some sort of wrap. You could see the joints where it had been glued down and the colours were faded in places The two statues were very different in terms of colour saturation. The exact same products, I have since discovered, are available on several other sites for roughly 1/3 of the price on this site. They get two stars because of their customer service but the actual product I would give one star .

I'm happy that customer service was able to resolve your problem quickly and to your satisfaction. :)
In the case of the items that you purchased, the artist hand paints a film which is then hand applied to the sculpture. No two are exactly the same, although the artist keeps them in the same color "theme", according to the color option that you choose.
We only sell our art on our website. As with everything these days, there may be sellers online that sell cheap knock offs.
